Great community to live . They just don't ever answer the telephone hard to get in contact with them like they shut the office phone off or something they don't answer doesn't matter the time or day , no one answers the office phone .

My family and i put in a application and paid a total of $370 just to be added to a waiting list once they run your application and get Denied!!! You don't get any off that money back. I was told that if your application gets APPROVED all that money goes to your apartment process. if you have section 8 its doesn't matter because they still ran your social security and if you have NEGATIVE things on its!! you'll get DENIED as well. So if you have MONEY to give aways put in an application with these people and i can assure you that you won't get your money. But i will be doing my diligence and calling

I am a case manager and assisted in getting a client into MCA, Gregory and the staff have been outstanding and on top of everything! I highly recommend this place as the unit is fresh and clean... Gregory deserves a raise, if I still owned my business I would try to steal him! :)

Community is under new management, not sure how things were done before but they seem to be handled well. Greg at the front desk is outstanding. Whole maintenance staff is awesome. Quiet for the most part, every area has it's advantages and disadvantages.

Mr. Gregory has made the process for this first-time apartment renter extremely easy, fun, and hassle-free. He is very upfront and honest when answering questions, and reassures in a way that doesn't feel judgmental. He is laidback yet still very professional, I know that interactions will be easy and I trust he will get the job done or help me as needed. He is excited about what he does, and that makes me thrilled to be a part of this community.

Gregory the leasing agent made this whole process as easy as possible I had several documents to turn in as well as several questions throughout. I was overwhelmed by all of the required documents to turn in but Gregory eased my mind by being very positive and encouraging throughout. I had several questions to ask him and even though I would sometimes need to call several times a day he would always patiently answer my questions. Gregory even had a great sense of humor and had me laughing every time I talk to him!

Due to the newest opportunity in my place of work, I have been looking for somewhere to live. I came across Murdock Circle Apartments and spoke to their consultant Gregory, and let me tell you that my experience was great! He answered all of my questions and provided me with exceptional service. I definitely will be looking into making a visit some time soon!
