The most unprofessional office management I have ever encountered. They lie and are deceitful. Everyone that works there looks like they literally just got out of high school so I can understand why they don’t know what they are talking about. Had multiple people tell me I got the home.paid my security deposit. I just started working here in Florida so they stated they needed my income verified even though my last two paystubs were within the income requirements. They denied me and never verified my income. I do not recommend anyone go thru this company as they just took over $900 from me then

My mother lives here I visit often, for what it is it's actually fairly decent!! It's not world class landscaping and paint jobs and what have you but it's good. My mother has a super super inconsiderate (among other names) neighbor but the pool seems clean office has seemed nice to my mom as a tenant prices are what they are but I very grateful my mom has this place to call home as her first place in fl. Those complaining should do more to resolve their issues and grow up

So far Rachael has made my application process stress free. She's been extremely professional and honest which is refreshing for a change. I met several residents while visiting on 2 occasions and they were friendly. The apartment I was shown was far better than the 6 I had seen at various other rental properties. As a resident of Seven Palms for over a year now, I would like to share my thoughts. For starters, I strongly believe that my apartment and service that comes with it is way better than what is being paid for it. In my old house, rent was nearly twice as expensive, insects were everywhere, the yard was a pain to keep taking care of, and we had no pool! Here, rent is very cheap, problems (such as insects) are usually taken care of very quickly upon request, and there are many other things provided such as an exercise room, a great sidewalk for walks, and a pool!
