I have lived in this beautiful apartment complex for three years this is the first time we have had a good TEAM of managers Zee and Jonathan they care about the residents and walk the property to see what is going on in and out of the building. They are very professional I ask you please keep Johnathan . He has smile on his face at all times very polite and knows how to handle senior citizen . Which is not a easy when they have noting to do but complain.

You can meet people here. Have new friends. Close to Publix. And few other places. We sure have cheaper internet service. The one we have is to high price. I need internet. But other then that I like living here to my cap telephone. But can not afford. We are supposed me low income housing for senior s.

I have lived at the Verandas for going on 3 years now and I love it here! I was apprehensive at first because I’ve never lived at a public housing property . After moving I found I was able to access everything easily. I’m disabled and it was very important for me to stay independent. My apartment is truly handicap accessible from kitchen to bathroom! The building is well kept along with the grounds. We have a lovely pond with wildlife and a fountain and it has a nice ambiance about it. I have some wonderful neighbors and you can always find something to do from playing games to learning a

Beautiful 55+ apartment homes but they are small.
Something is wrong with the water there though.
And everyone blames it on everyone else. Complex blames the city, city blames the contractor, contractor knows nothing.
My mom gets sand in her sinks and bath tub and the drains and fixtures have turned black and gotten pitted, and it smells bad.
She does not drink or cook with the water but has no choice but to bathe in it.

I contacted them about photos, since there are none on their website under "Gallery" AND I live far, far away. No photos are available according to the rather curt service rep. I was also informed that there was not a viewing/model apartment to be inspected. What is it with this lack of service ?? Why would I even consider moving there? Isn't this a form of elder abuse?
