I called around to a few other places and everyone was booked up and wouldn't take me in even though I was worried the problem may be an emergency (burning smell from under the hood). Found Mr. Transmission and the receptionist was super friendly and told me to come right in. They checked my car immediately and didn't even charge me for the diagnostic. I will be going back for my next car problem (there's always going to be a car problem sooner or later lol).

Recently had the C4 transmission and transfer case rebuilt on our 76 Bronco. I found everyone from the front desk to the mechanic to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They did a very good job, in a timely manner and within the cost they quoted. I intend to use them again in the future whenever I have a service or repair item that I am not comfortable tackling myself.

Brought my old Ford F-150 in because it was making a transmission or drive train noise. The determined it was the rear differential. They went through the options for repair and I decided on a second hand part. When they got the differential they opened it up and checked out it’s condition. The part was even warranted for 12 month because of the parts vender they used. Every thing is back to normal with my pickup.

I had a wonderful experience at Mr Transmission Miles Cary yesterday. My son is leaving for college tomorrow so of course his car's check engine light came on yesterday indicating a possible transmission issue! So I rushed the car over to Me Transmission right away (with no appointment!), And they were kind enough to fit me in same day to give the car a THOROUGH diagnostic test. I like a single shop working on my vehicles. The owners and mechanics get to know you and your equipment. You have a single point of contact if something goes wrong. A single point of record. This is a great shop!!! Been bringing my 17 year old Acura here and they have saved me time and money. They are also one of the only places to get motorcycle inspections done. Add in Woodys bar across the street and it’s a great situation.

We found the folks at Mr. transmission super friendly and helpful. They diagnosed the source of the engine light problem and changed the appropriate sensors. They completed the oil & filter change, checked out our AC and made sure it was in good working order and checked over the whole van to be sure it was ready for an extended trip coming up. We are very pleased with their attitude, quality of service and the work they completed on our van. They are definitely going to be on “fast-dial“ for both of our vehicles! We highly recommend this business and their awesome crew!!

I recently used Mr. Transmission for service on a 2012 Honda Accord for transmission problems that sprung up out of nowhere.
Communication was excellent. It certainly could have been extremely easy to take advantage of the circumstances to indicate deeper troubling issues that would have been very costly. My experience was they were thorough and completely honest with my needed services. This saved me significantly as a result. Turnaround was prompt and service costs were reasonable and fair. I would recommend Mr. Transmission!

Good, honest, hard-working folk. They clearly explained the issue my car was having and gave me an estimate for parts and labor which was pretty close to the mark. They advised me of some future issues that I might want to look into, with estimates, and let me know what wasn't necessary (TPMS sensor malfunction, shock absorbers) or urgent (new back tires). After my repairs and a 7 hour road trip, they even had me come in for a quick follow-up to ensure that all the newly-replaced parts were still nice and tight and all my issues were resolved. I had a need for a expensive mechanical job and my last place failed me while doing oil changes so I did not want to go there. I'd been going to the dealership for them so I got a quote there. It was astronomical. I did some research and saw that I could potentially receive a lower quote. Luckily, a co-worker told me about Milex/ Steve and gave a good recommendation. The people working here are honest and friendly. I had my vehicle serviced here after having it previously serviced at a dealer. Two employees of this service facility helped me push my car to their shop from another shop across the street. 2hours later Stephen the owner calls me and says they set my car on fire because they cranked it. I asked him didn't you know that the car was pushed there by myself and 2 of your employees and he said yes. So I asked well why then did you see fit to start the car sir? He blamed me we exchanged words then when I send a wrecker to get my car he had already had it towed off somewhere. This guy is a liar so is his staff and they are very unprofessional!
