My Girlfriend Had A Attemped Break In , The Property Manager Jessica Suggested She Put In Her 60 Days Instead Of Caring For Tenants & Their Safety . Jessica Is Very Rude & Unproffessional she will hang up on you and even tell you “you on Your own” Idk How She Got This Job . I Would Never Recommend To Live Here She Hires Young People As Maintenance Who Can Barely Turn A Screw Driver . There Is Roaches , Rent Is Raised With No No Appliances . Georgetown Manor Is Terrible ! FIRE JESSICA WILSON !!! She Should Not Control Peoples Living !

I have been here since August they have lost my rent my heat and a/c was off for an entire week and I woke up too an unscheduled unmasked individual in my unit with no notice but the office said they put a letter on everyone's door but couldn't produce it when wsked😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The property manager is super unprofessional. I applied for this place not long ago and was not advised that they could not view my attachments or that any were missing until I gave them a call. I advised that I would submit the documents and did however the day before they received my documents they had already declined me. When I called for an explanation the manager Jessica stated that my dti was too high… but how could you make the determination before actually receiving my income documents? Without even listening to my question or trying to understand where the question came from she was

I can't give them an accurate rating because this rating system doesn't have minus scores and they deserve a minus 100. People are discussing the roaches but please don't forget the infection of mice running in the walls and apartments like they pay rent. Also there are no word that can express the attitude ignorance and lack of concern the management has for their tenants. There was a gentleman managing the place a few years back name Mike who was awesome he was caring professional great manors took pride in the property he was putting this place on the map and they got rid of him. So unfortunately

It's a shame how this new property manager works. Poor work ethics. Very bad customer service. They send memos without reason. All they are interested in are fees and fines and money. No manager cares about the tenant. And when you go with your concerns as a tenant, you will be greeted with an unprofessional person in a professional position. I wonder who made her the property manager. I don't know if she had any form of training..its a shame. MIKE WAS FAR BETTER I WONDER WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM...
