I moved here 2 years ago within days of cooking Uber new ownership. There were a lot of issues that were covered up by the previous owners, and when covid hit, maintenance was limited to emergency issues. There's a lot of catching up to do, but the manager is really trying hard to catch up. There's a good community here too.

I was recently visiting a family and my car was towed last night. The said part is with covid and all the stress going on right now this has happened. I would NEVER recommend this place to rent. Not only do they don’t have enough parking they make the tenants pay for parking pass for visitors. If you don’t have it your car is getting towed. Which of course now the tenant is paying because they feel bad that there visitor car is being towed for them coming to see them.
On top of that they don’t fix anything or keep the apartments up to date.

I love this property. My experience here has nothing to do with my relation to the property manager. I get treated as any other resident. The property manager does an awesome job with what he has especially since he’s the only one in the office. The maintenance technicians are also great given that there are only two of them working on 129 apartments. Keep up the good work fellas. We (who actually live at Galloway) appreciate your hard work!

Renting at Galloway Court has been a good experience. The apartments are nice, clean and affordable.
The staff has been very professional and courteous. I'd like to highlight the property manager, Mark Monroe, who was always available to answer questions and resolve any issues. He truly made the overall experience seamless and pleasant.

This apartment complex is the worst place I've ever lived in. I've had so many issues. The ceiling in the living room and bathroom are leaking and growing mold. My ac was broken for a month. Almost every appliance has broken at some point (washer/dryer, microwave, fridge, stove). You can hear everything that goes on upstairs. Literally everything! Every step. Yes, even the neighbor vacuuming at 1 in the morning. There are bats in the walls (see picture). Trash all over the parking lot. I have to call multiple times to get any issues fixed. I came in Wednesday 10/17/18 to take a tour of the units. They opened up late and told us one of the staff had an emergency and had to leave. I was told by the staff that since no one else was working with her, I would have to reschedule for today: Monday 10/22/18. When I arrived I had to wait 10 minutes after the appointment time I was given before they even opened the door. I heard people inside I knocked on the door and called twice.
