We had a great experience here. From the onboarding process to leaving the property, it was all smooth sailing. Leanne did a fantastic job during our application process, was always professional, and super responsive throughout our residency. The guards were always friendly, maintenance always came out right away when we needed them to, and they were very respectful of our space, especially during COVID. We had an issue with condensation from our AC unit leaking under the floor, but maintenance came out right away when we told them and solved the problem immediately. I never heard a sound from

We stayed here for 2.5 years before we moved out of state. The unit we stayed was a decent size and quite comfortable. The maintenance staff and leasing office staff were very friendly and attends to all the issues promptly.This community also has their own gym, tennis court and big play area that lets kids play during the summer times. The move in and move out process was very smooth. Overall, It was a great experience without a doubt.

1) Hassle Free - I have stayed in 4 different apartment complexes in the area and this is, hands down, the best experience I have had. Not once did I have any kind of issue with the property management or office, and that is largely due to them not having unreasonable demands.

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t as great as a lot of you. First off I was placed on the waiting list and was given incorrect information about the requirements in leasing with them. By the time I got a call back for an apartment it wasn’t even the one I asked for. I got another call back for the one I wanted and was then told that my previous discussion with someone at the leasing office wasn’t correct. I spoke with this girl 3xs before might I add. I then was speaking with the assistant property manager Crystal in getting an apartment. I asked her a question about the income and she said

Lived here for a year but wish we could have stayed longer. I loved the updated apartment with the wood (laminate) floors. The apartment was big and the community was wonderfully landscaped and kept. The only thing I could recommend is a dog park - but very dog friendly. The staff including leasing specialists and maintenance were excellent, too. They tended to every need/problem within minutes and went above and beyond every time. Very happy to have lived here for the time that we did!! Highly recommend.

Everything. I have been here a very long time. The "Meadows" are home to me. The Office Staff are off the charts in courtesy, service and professionalism. The Maintenance Staff is quick to respond to calls, they are very nice and courteous. Larry, Bob, Lou and the others are great friends as well as support staff. Finally, the Guards. They are… extremely courteous and professional. I love Bernice and the boys. This is one great place to make your home. From the key in the door, the exercise building, tennis courts, pool party and occasional baby bunnies hopping across the grass near you

Beautiful community, quiet,clean and well maintained. We have only lived here for one year, but just renewed our lease. Maintenance always removes their shoes before entering our apartment and I'm very greatful for that. I've had a contractor here twice and I was given an exact time when I asked. I think we've had maybe 2/3 issues that required maintenance, and they were always prompt and courteous. The office staff is amazing, so helpful, polite and always smiling.
