Going to echo all the other poor reviews here. Maintenance is never available at the actual times you need them and the office is only open for standard business hours, so if you have a pressing issue…it’s waiting until tomorrow to get resolved! There’s also no landscaping or proper care of the property…lots of trash just scattered everywhere (Which could be resolved by having more dumpsters located in the neighborhood than just the 2 that I know of…). Between random fire drills where the apartment alarms go off without warning, spider cricket infestations, and constantly unresolved electrical

Before I moved in I was not able to see the unit. The unit I live in hallway is horrible, it looks like the projects. Walls are dirty, steps are not sturdy, and it smells really bad. I've had to mop the floors on on my level twice. I would never had move here knowing this. I pray they get these issues resolved soon, I love my unit but that hallway is the 1st appearance people see before they hit my apartment, please do better and remodel my hallway soon. Worst place to live had to call office every time for some issue and their way of solving is just a few screws and glue. Doorway was splinter, obviously need to be replaced, instead fixed with glue and recently water started leaking and how did they fix it glue. When you see the show room it looks comfortable, when u actually see the one you’ll be staying in it looks nothing as nice walls and doors are covered in year of paint same for the bathrooms, and kitchens. I shouldn’t be able to hear squirrels but I wake up to them crawling in the walls or on the ceiling. Just horrible place to live
