I've been living in the building for over one year now and wanted to mention that the concierge provides impeccable service. Mark and his team really go above and beyond to accommodate all your needs. The maintenance staff is excellent at getting things done expeditiously working with your schedule. They offer free shuttle to the ferry for those who work in NYC. The apartment itself is designed with everything "top of the line".

My 2 year long residency at The Centre has been exceptional with no major issues. Any small issues were handled promptly by the staff. Michele has always bent over backwards to help accommodate to my needs, even if last minute. Joe, the super is always around the vicinity so it was extremely easy to rely on him. Refuse room is constantly cleared out and the building is extremely well maintained overall. Though due to personal circumstances I am moving out, I would unequivocally recommend The Centre to anyone looking to live in a luxury apartment in the prime location of Cliffside Park.

Having lived there for about three years, it's a great experience, and a value that is unmatched for an up-and-coming area of Cliffside Park. Great amenities and community, and the management is professional and well-involved with the tenants. Everyone from the concierge to the cleaning staff run a tight ship in making sure the place is optimal and all tenant's needs are addressed.

My boyfriend lived here in one of the most expensive units and all we did was hear noise all day and night from the other tenants and the elevator banging through the walls. The owners daughters work in the office and only care to keep the building filled. Once they have your money and your contract they don’t care about anything but ignoring calls and emails and going on vacation. It’s supposed to be a luxury building but everyone from Washington Heights and the projects is living here with fancy cars and police raids weekly. Stay away from this building unless you enjoy being in a rap video

Living at the Centre for almost two years. Location is great to NYC and to get out in either direction at the GW Bridge. Apartments are nicely equipped and have a good layout. Management has genuine great people running the building and they are loyal and very accommodating to the residents. Parties are thrown every major holiday for the residents. The concierge is more than you can expect from a quality reception and very welcoming. The few times I've had an issue in my apartment you reach out to the Super Joe, and his people are here same day, and it's all taken care of. Rooftop pool is a sweet

As a resident at The Centre , I am extremely satisfied with what this building has to offer. As someone that grew up in Cliffside Park it is so nice to be a part of this new development. Beautiful building with great amenities. The Concierge staff is quite impressive they are always willing to help and accommodate tenants and their guests. Matt & Abby go above and beyond, true representation of luxury living! As someone who commutes to the city for work, the free shuttle truly comes in handy!

I have been here for almost a year and I couldn't be happier. I am really glad I signed a two year lease! The location is amazing and my commute into NYC has never been more pleasant. My apartment is absolutely beautiful, and the building is immaculate at all times. The pool deck is gorgeous in the summer. The shuttle to the Ferry terminal is very convenient. They were the only building that sent the shuttle to pick up residents during that awful storm when every means of transportation out of NYC shutdown except the ferry.

I absolutely love this community. Although The Centre is just minutes away from the big Apple, it maintains a small town vibe. Management is extremely welcoming, and the tenants are very friendly. The amenities are plush, and kept immaculately clean.
I can't say enough good things about the concierge team. Matt, Abby, Jonathan, Mark and James all go above and beyond to make sure people are always taken care of. I couldn't imagine finding this level of service or professionalism anywhere.
