I truly enjoy living at Half Moon Harbor. My experience over that last year has been really amazing. The management staff, Cynthia and Kyla along with the previous manager Jen, are top notch and really go out of their way to make sure that the residents are happy. The Christmas party that Cynthia and Kyla was fantastic. they went well out of their way to host an amazing party with the most amazing spread of food for the residents. In all my years of renting, I've never come across management, concierge staff and maintenance staff that truly go out of their way to make sure the residents are happy

Kyla has been amazing. She helped us out find this great apartment and made the moving-in process so easy. She is so knowledgable and truly cares about the community. She was very enthusiastic and helpful in planning my engagement on the patio in mid October. Made for a perfect engagement.

Here’s a great example of how management handles things. We have cages in the garage for bikes. In order to get your bike out, you have to ask the concierge to ask the porter to go to the garage and unlock the cage. Or make an appointment to do so. Just to ride your bike. This is just one example of the baffling lack of common sense. Otherwise, I find the place to be spotless, the maintenance staff is super attentive and the pool and views can’t be beat.

Left Manhattan to come here, and after looking at similar properties in the area, Half Moon Harbour was by far the best decision and the best option in terms of amenities, pricing and location. The change in management certainly affected a few things, but they have made efforts to improve their service. Personally we haven't had any issues whatsoever and would recommend anyone to move here.
