Gates are always broken/ open. Things don't get fixed in a timely manner inside of your apartment. Security team does absolutely ZERO work. They have tons of camera monitors in the booth but never stop anything from happening. Buzzer to get inside building NEVER works and I've been here for over 10yrs. Packages get stolen frequently. Really isn't worth the prices they are charging to be in this so called gated community. The positive side to everything is that the elevator always work and, there's a sense of community amongst the older generation. 🤷🏾‍♂️ UPDATE 8/21/21 There's new Management

MGMT doesn’t answer phones during posted business hours, regularly ignores tenet emails or attempts to reach out. Mgmt communicates information about the cost for AC units, then doubles back and changes their policy later. Mgmt includes contradictory information in lease rider about AC unit charges. I am a 2yr+ resident, planning to move on. New York is tough, but you will find more respect elsewhere in Harlem.

Some are saying thete is a fitness center being built. That is false. There is no dog park. They at one time had a spare room they said.was a.doggie spa which was never opened. There is scaffolding all around the complex with no workers. That has been for over a year. Depending on what builindg you live in the apartments are not regularly maintained. If you are in the building with the offices in it it will be cleaned regularly. The safest building is on 5th ave but it also the most neglected building. The park has been closed for 2 years. Management does not respond to your requests in a timely manner, nor do they do a quality job when things go wrong. A hole was in my bathroom ceiling due to pipes leaking/bursting floors above mine and instead of thoroughly fixing it, they just patched the hole with putty...after weeks of it being there. I’ve been paying for an A/C (which is mandatory) for 1+ years that doesn’t work and have been trying to get it fixed since. It caused water damage all over the floor, which is now moldy and affecting my health. They never did anything about it. (Now they care since I’m

I have lived here a little over a year and I like living here but the management is simply incompetent. They refuse to answer calls, follow through with issues and communicate effectively. Once you’re forced to go into the office to deal with the issue, the staff is late, doesn’t show up, and gives you the run around. I was two hours late to work waiting for someone to just simply show up to their office job. It’s absurd.
