To be honest i was a bit skeptical but we got so desperate at month 6 with our second born who we tried to sleep train ourselves with little success. He would scream for hours and hours on end. He was different from our firstborn who we successfully sleep trained ourselves within a few days. We just did the first package and Pauline came over for the consult. She helped us identify a few things to work on. Pretty similar to what the books and blogs say. But she really gave us the confidence to do what we knew we needed to do. It was nice to be able to text and call her anytime and get her advice

Nannies at night has been a life saver. As a single parent I did not only need to sleep but also to find kindness and reassurance me and my baby were doing well. We found both with Nannie’s at night. Reliable, professionnel, sweet and friendly. I highly recommend their services.

Best decision we ever made! we decided to get some help at night during the first months of our child as my partner was going back to work. We had two incredible nannies help us for more than a month- Liselotte and Hajar. Both very professional, capable, and affectionate with our child. We were able to rest knowing he was in safe and capable hands.

Stay away from this place!!! My child would get home with bruises scratches and complaining in pain. I called the owner multiple times and she made it seem like my child was the problem and that they were rough playing. I change him from schools and he's the happiest kid ever!!

Positive: Reliability
Excellent experience. Joanne understood our needs from the beginning and found the perfect nanny for us: a lovely, smart and extremely reliable girl loved by our two-year old daughter from the start. If you are looking for someone reliable to stay at your home with your kids, Nannies at night it's definitely a great option.

When picking up my daughter from this place, I see a couple of children stumping on this little boys face, stomach, and legs while he's laying on the floor crying. As he tries to stand up and run away from the children bulling him. The teacher who I found out is the owners daughter who happens to be 17 ask the children's to grab the boy for her. So the children did as they were told and dragged him back to the floor and continue to stump on him. When the teacher finally got close enough to the little boy who was crying on the floor she then grabbed his arms and started yanking him to stand

We have been using Nannies at Night for day nannying for over a year now after it was recommended to us by 2 friends who used the service primarily for night nannying. We were impressed with the quality of the nannies, who were kind, caring and trustworthy. Joanne is extremely responsive and tries hard to find you the best fit nanny-wise. We appreciate the flexibility in helping us to find a day nannying solution even though this is not what the company is primarily designed for. Highly recommend!

What an incredible company! Our two nannies, Claire and Lidewij, helped us through the first few months after the birth of our second child. With my medical condition and my husband’s busy/stressful job, we were concerned about how were were going to get through it all. We had the nannies come 3-4 nights a week so we could get caught up on sleep. A life saver! Joanna, the owner, was great to work with - communicative and professional. Claire and Lidewij were always on time, very kind and professional. Though in the beginning it was difficult for us to have someone else watch after our newborn

As soon as our daughter was born two years ago we engaged Nannies at Night. Joanne the owner was sensitive and responsive to all our needs. As expats, it’s hard to get along with no help from our parents , and Nanny at Night we’re just the cure for that.
If you are looking for around the clock availability, 100% relatability and living and professional nannies. You got it all here!

STAY AWAY! Especially if your kid is so little as mine, 1 year old. After the second day she got infection - Gastroenteritis caused by rotavirus . Vomiting, diarrhea. We took her to doctor and my daughter was hospitalized!!!!
People who care for kids, including health care and childcare workers, also can spread the virus, especially if they don't wash their hands after changing diapers" as well as DIRTY SURFACES that infected kids touch. When this infection exist, childcare has to be closed for new kids!!!!!!

they don't let us INSIDE for a reason that they don't want us

I was in Miami for a business trip and used them to care for my 8 year old son for two days when I was in meetings. The staff was super friendly and my son met a few friends. The fee was super reasonable . Will definitely use again when I'm in Miami for work.

I brought my infant there because I was in town for the weekend and I needed drop off care. I was so nervous because I was in a new city and didn't know anybody. I spoke to Maria and she made me feel so incredibly comfortable with bringing my child there. When we arrived she was so welcoming and friendly I left feeling very confident. My baby can sometimes be colic which is why I was even more nervous but they sent me pics of him throughout the night and it really eased my fears. I have never encountered a staff that was so welcoming and sweet. Most importantly to me the school is Christian
