I have been training with Chris for two years. As a result of his expertise and excellent motivational skills, I have seen significant changes in my body. I was going through a huge change in my life at 45. My physical and mental health were both very unbalanced. The most logical step forward seemed to be to "start working out!" I’ve been working with Chris for years now, and as motivations come and go with the gym, he’s been the most sustainable and consistent program I’ve had to date. I have been working out with Chris weekly for 2 years. As I enter my eighth decade my fitness level continues to steadily improve. I've been working out with Chris on and off for that last 4 years! The "off" parts have been simply my lack of dedication to myself, however Chris has never stopped being dedicated to me. Chris has become much more to me than a trainer or workout partner, he has truly become one of my closest friends helping me strengthen my body, my mind and my heart . Healthy living and a healthy lifestyle take education, work and support. Chris Atkins has provide ALL 3 of these things to me many times over these past 4 years. A friend of mine has been training with Chris for over a year and had asked if I wanted to tag along. I have now trained with Chris a few more times and would highly recommend him as a trainer no matter what ones athletic abilities are. He is very knowledgeable and always very friendly. If you have something you’re wanting to work on, he will tailor the workouts to use those muscle groups and help you accomplish whatever that goal may be. You will leave his sessions sweaty, feeling the burn, and feeling very accomplished! If you haven’t yet, make an appointment. You won’t regret it!

Chris has been invaluable to my wife and my fitness restart after four kids. Chris has helped us rebuild a regimine that is attainable three times a week without any gimmicks. Well I'm a little biased...Chris Atkins is an excellent trainer! After having 3 babies in 5 years, I was ready to get back in shape and feel stronger. With some back issues, Chris designed workouts for me that focused on getting a great workout, while strengthening my back and becoming stronger. As a working mom, I love that I can get through one of his workouts in 20 minutes! Since January 2020, I'm down 10 pounds. I feel strong and feel great running around with my kids. Chris is a kind person who genuinely cares about people and their well-being.

I took classes from Chris 2-4 times a week for over a year. When starting, I was very out of shape, but he offered exercises that a person at any fitness level could complete. As my confidence grew and my fitness went up, he continued to challenge and push me to the next level. Overall, I lost twenty pounds, gained muscle, and began running on days I didn’t attend class. I’ve been working out with Chris for a couple of years, and it has become such an important part of my weekly routine, as much for my mental health as my physical health. I am stronger and in the best shape I’ve ever been in. Chris keeps the routine interesting and challenging, and is fun to be around.
