Trivergence Training is a great place to work out. I enjoy strength class and met con. I would recommend this to all ages and abilities they're great with catering workouts to fit your needs. I have been coming here for a couple of months 2 times a week. I enjoy the classes and the tempo. I have done 1 on 1 sessions with Stephanie and she is doing well with keeping me increasing weight and reps as i grow.

Trivergence Training is a great local gym that is serious about helping you get healthier but so nice in everything they do. They have great classes (strength, Hiit, MetCon) that can fit all kinds of fitness levels. They also have great personal trainers if you prefer a one-on-one approach.

This place is so much more than a gym. The owner and the trainers care about you and do everything in their power to see you succeed. The small group training sessions are amazing. It's like having a personal trainer every time you go to the gym. I've never stuck with any gym membership and now I know this is my home gym for life!

As I left Trivergence this morning after a group session, I could still hear the voices of the women who were celebrating their accomplishment of a good work out. None of us are extraordinary - quite the contrary. We are making the choice to show up for a constructive, well-directed, safe, yet empowering time for us. I am grateful to Jessica Leck for building a business atmosphere that welcomes all of us regardless of ability. She and Marla are good coaches and makes us all glad we came.

I'm a 62 year old woman that has been working with Jessica for 8 years or so. She is a fantastic trainer. She is upbeat, fun, knowledgable, and so creative with our workouts. She challenges her clients to do their best, but isn't pushy. If you're looking for a no judgement gym and a trainer that really cares about her clients this is you're place! Try it out!

I have a very busy schedule, and Jessica is always able to fit me in for a 1:1 personal training session. It's really hard for me to find time to attend scheduled work out classes, but this works out perfect. Jessica makes sure I get in a full work out during the short time we are together, and utilizes every minute of that time!

Jessica is awesome! She has such an upbeat personality during your workouts and continues to have you push for your best. Trivergence is full of fun (non-judging) people all there to do the same thing - improve their life style. Jessica believes in mindful eating and individualizing workouts to your skill level. I had a pretty invasive knee surgery a little over a year and in June it will be 1 year since I was released from the doctor to rehab on my own - and thanks to Jessica - I feel so much more confidence in my knee & thankful for her knowledge to become stronger!
