Came in for a tour today and was treated to a delightful experience by one of the leading specialists Aisha. She was very informative and took her time to ensure every aspect of the rental process was understood. The tour was great and she allowed us to thoroughly inspect the residence before we made the decision to apply. I definitely look forward to hearing back on the status of my application.

For this place to be built decades ago it’s not too bad. I don’t like the bugs and random spiders and the carport is not stapled down correctly. The rumors around the complex is that some management is sleeping with a tenant. The place is squeaky can’t move too much. The road leading into the complex is very dark and sketchy and the management is unreliable. The staff needs a makeover as well as these apartments. Could be better. Creepy neighbors and the state police is always there which is kind of scary because we don’t know if it’s to catch a neighbor or what.

My wife and I are current residents & we’ve really never had any issues here at the property. They actually care about there residents! The area is ok & we love that we are right off of the expressway. Thank you for always being knowledgeable & professional anytime myself or my wife calls or comes in. Ive been here a little over two years. I had a few issues in the beginning..but it was corrected in somewhat of a timely manner. Overall Its a ok place to rent from. Maintenace is always fast & efficient. Office staff is amazing. They are professional & always wear smile. If your looking for a place live this is it. Good customer service is hard to come by & i appreciate it.

Adriana and Aisha are the best! They gave me great customer service & recommend I visit their other property. I work at st Joe's & it's closer to my job- I cant wait to tour next week- Totally would recommend these kind ladies to anyone looking for a nice place to live close to amazon with great customer service.

My name is Keyanna Williams. I been a resident for four years. I have a nice, spacious, roomy three bedroom apartment one in a half bathrooms on the third floor. The Pheasant Run is cat friendly, no dogs. The area is a great area to me. My family and me we keep to ourselves and we are very respectful and nice to the people that stay in the same building as us and to the people that lives in the area as well. Thanks to maintenance, Chris, he does a great job at getting the job done right away and he keeps the area looking nice an clean. The workers that work in the office are very hard workers,

Stopped by today & the tour was Amazing! We loved the Decor! Everything was detailed, but yet simple. Everything was pretty clean & the rent is fairly reasonable. Nice to know that Aisha will receive my packages if I'm not home. Overall I think Aisha handled our needs very professionally & Me & my girlfriend look forward to moving in with our new baby girl. Quiet peaceful and safe. Kids are always playing together outside. Doors locked. u would need to buzz them up. Great space great price. Laundry is 1 wash 1 drier for 12 units but rarely used so easy wash. One way in and out boo. Great in the winter always salted and shoveled. I would defiantly tell people this a great spot to stay at. No noisy neighbor's! Love it. Im 3rd floor great patio size great view.
