Decent place overall but I feel unheard and like Admin does not care, so it feels like leaving a Google Review is one of my last resorts so here we are. I've been dealing with neighbors with loud music constantly, not only from down stairs but now a new loud music loving tenant moved next door so sometimes they have a competition of music coming from all sides.
Edit: Loud neighbors are gone. BUT sadly squirrels eat the cables of both our vehicles twice now (we had to spend a lot of money to get that fixed + buy stuff to prevent it from happening again). Further more their Auto-Pay on their portal

My washing machine left the floor completely wet so I sent a message to the Highpoint maintenance staff who came the next day to find out the problem. They left a note saying the machine had to be replaced and it would be done the following day. Just as they said, the washer/dryer combination was installed the next day. It works great with no water on the floor.

I have lived here since April and absolutely love it. Everyone from the staff to the neighbors are great . Everything is so nice and well kept, and coming home everyday has been so enjoyable. I would Highly Recommended, Cathy is who helped us and she is incredible . If you are between this place and another, I am telling you , this is IT ! Home Sweet , Home .

These were the best apartments I have stayed in. I would give it a 5, however the upstairs neighbors would stump a lot while I was trying to sleep and then sometimes there were neighbors that would yell at night waking me up. The neighborhood and apartments are usually quiet. Aside from that the staff is super nice maintenance was always on time and I never had to wait long for them to arrive.

We've (mom & I) been residents since July. Moving from the city to Highpoint was the best decision ever. The friendship center & community/resident events are a great way to meet your neighbors. The management staff, but especially Chris & Jen do a wonderful job of engaging all. You really feel a sense of community here.
