I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex it's the best place you're going to find in the Crest Hill Joliet area and at a decent price. Elizabeth is wonderful. I've never had any issues. Any problems were taken care of immediately I give it five stars it's very serene, the pool is clean, the people are awesome, and I always felt safe living here. I lived here 3 years and have some awesome memories thank you Willow Run.-Mireya

Recently my 24 yo daughter rented a 1 bdrm here. I did all the work prior to because she was moving from another state. I found Elizabeth very easy to work with. She’s a straight shooter and so am I so all was good. The complex is older, built in the 70’s I believe however it has been very well maintained. The apartment was spotless when we took occupancy. Halls were clean and outside property well maintained. Yes the kitchens and bath could be updated but it is perfectly acceptable to live in. And I feel a very fair and good value. I feel like it is a safe place for my daughter to live.

I'm reading some other reviews and I just dont understand. We have had nothing but good experiences living here. The people in the office are always friendly. And the common areas are always clean. Not sure how other apartments look but ours is in good condition. I think it's a great find especially for the price in this area.

I lived at Willow Run of Crest Hill for 1 year and 1 month and I really enjoyed my time here. I have read the other reviews and I have had a very different experience. Throughout my stay, maintenance always came to fix my issues promptly, I never spotted a bug inside my apartment, and I got almost my entire security deposit back. I cleaned my apartment from top to bottom and left it in the condition it was in when I began my lease and the only reason I did not get the entire deposit (I had $80 deducted from the total security deposit) was because I did not get the carpets professionally cleaned

Where do I begin?? We moved in and within the first month we had dead bugs/larvae in our living room floor. (If I could post a picture I would!) Disgusting. I notified the office and whatever they sprayed clearly didn’t work because after that, we still had ants throughout our apartment (ground level floor) AND the larvae/dead bugs came back again the following summer. We took care of it ourselves because it wasn’t worth asking the office. We lived there for a year and a couple months and out of our $949 deposit, we got $114 back. They told us that they needed to replace the carpet for $800

I lived in this apartment for over 5 years until we were able to purchase a house. We took very good care of the apartment and was late on rent 1 time in 5 years (2 days late)! I kept it as clean as I possibly could. Our air conditioning went out when it was over 90 degrees out. We were told they will get to it when they had a chance. When the maintenance men finally came they were extremely rude! When we moved out I had the carpets professionally cleaned and scrubbed from top to bottom every room. Of course when we moved out they did not give my deposit back. They said they needed to replace carpet

I moved in back in January and immediately felt at home. My one bedroom is perfect for me, my neighbors are great, the new fence took away an entrance but added privacy and better security. Yes there’s a bug or two but one can find bugs in a million dollar house too! Met the owner Bob, great guy. Took the time to explain some property improvement decisions and they made total sense. Property manager Elizabeth is wonderful, straight forward, and helpful. For the price there’s no better bargain than what you can find here. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

Overall, I really liked living here. Over two years, I never had any problems. I had one issue with plumbing that was resolved the same day we made the call, and a few times the city water was gross and coming out orange. (That's not the apartments fault tho, just Crest Hill's). I also did not like that I could never use the laundry units or dish washer because they were dirty and hardly worked. There weren't enough cabinets in the kitchen so organizing was a huge challenge. However, the rooms were big, had nice flooring and carpets, the water pressure was seriously really good, and the hallways
