I'm shocked this place hasn't had reviews, but mine is overdue so here it is. Due to work, I had to move to the south suburbs. I wasn't thrilled being pulled away from Chicago, but we all have to do what we have to do.
First, Diane & her team are wonderful. I still remember both her & Adriana showing me units - accommodating my schedule - I didn't get off work until late, & I appreciated them working with me. They were both amazing & I settled on a unit Diane had showed me.
Any maintenance request I had was handled quickly - their team was very friendly!

I've been a resident here at The Birches for about 11 years and watching the office staff has always been respectful and responsive towards my needs and concerns, I've never lived at a community like The Birches before where I felt like family. Maintence is also very quick and everything is fixed like it's brand new! I will always and forever thank the staff here.

I had such a lovely experience here, the community is amazing and I loved communicating with Esabel and the rest of their leasing staff! Good communication and very polite and understanding, I’m SO excited to move there in September the area seems amazing and the community seems lovely. One of the very few places I’d trust going to in Joliet.

I’ve been to those apartments to have a look at them and they a large pool , gym a computer room and laundry room better yet pet friendly with great prices my stepfather Edward Delgado works there and he’s always professional with his work he’s one of a maintenance worker and I now he loves his job and what he does too especially on the emergency calls in the middle of the nights. I will recommend this place

Moved here last august so I can live closer to school and I love it here! All my neighbors are nice and so are the employees. I also love how there’s a gym and pool. It is also very close to grocery stores and fast food restaurants, which is a very big deal to me.
The only con is that during the winter, parking can be hard due to the piled up snow.

My wife and I rented a one bedroom apartment here for about 2 years.
Pros: It was a decent place for the price and had good storage with a large walk in closet. Office and maintenance staff were friendly and responsive. Our immediate neighbors were friendly. The grounds are fairly well maintained and communication from the office about repairs or maintenance in the buildings or parking lots was effective and timely. Billing was straight forward and easy with automatic payments. The area feels pretty safe, especially some of the nearby neighborhoods.
