All of Sail Healthcare services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. After business hours, weekends and all major holidays, we provide On-Call Services by our Respiratory Care Practitioners, Service Technicians and Case Managers. Sail Healthcare carries a variety of medical equipment for improving your lifestyle, such as CPAP's, BiPAP's, oxygen concentrators, masks and tubing from leading manufacturers. However, what is far more important for your long-term success is getting the right mask for you, correctly fitted; the right machine for you, correctly configured; the right training for you, effectively delivered; and then the right ongoing support.
The Trilogy Ventilator is both an invasive and non-invasive home ventilator used for both adult and pediatric clients. It is portable and weighs less than 11 pounds. Its lightweight design has an internal battery (3 hours) and one detachable battery (3 hours) that allows the patient to have 6 hours of travel time.

Really you would think they all should be good, it’s like trying to find a mechanic for your car. Hopefully your insurance is covers Sail healthcare these people are awesome from top to bottom. My case worker thank you for all your help , Service techs even though there busy take care of the patient they are dealing with. GUYS STOP BYE THIS PLACE FIRST CLASS AND YOU WILL REST AT NIGHT. My insurance changed and they are not in my network anymore they will be missed . God bless the Sail Healthcare group you do make a difference

Had a great experience dealing with Sail Healthcare. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea during a sleep study and was very apprehensive about getting a cpap machine for my nightly sleep.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I worked with Matt Ford who is highly knowledgeable and took his time walking me through the process of how to operate and clean my machine.
Matt spent a lot of time helping me find the right mask. We tried a couple different masks and after some trial and error I was able to find a mask that I can sleep comfortably with.
