Services
This service provides accessibility, and personal experience. A program to promote wellness with enhanced screening and a report that outlines a long-term plan with short-term goals gives you a roadmap to follow. The doctor-patient relationship is just as the name suggests- Concierge. Dr. Hoelscher and designated concierge work directly with the patient, providing wholesale labs and discounted procedures and imaging along the way.

My experience with Dr. Hoelscher's office has been great. It was very easy to book an appointment, Dr. Hoelscher was prompt and thorough, and the staff is very courteous and helpful. Dr. Hoelscher is patient and spends the time listening to his patient's preferences, concerns, and desires. A Dr. whose top priority is keeping his patients healthy, a hard find these days.
What is concierge medicine? The foundation of concierge medicine is a direct relationship between a patient and a primary care physician in which the patient pays an annual fee or retainer. In exchange for the retainer, doctors provide enhanced care, including principally a commitment to limit patient loads to increase time and resources for each patient.

Initially I found the practice inviting. I found that on my initial visit the front desk person (also the Dr's wife as I found out later) was efficient but rather cold. Dr. Hoelscher on the other hand took time and had great "bedside manners." I thought I found a true "old school" doctor.
In subsequent visits with the PA, I also felt heard and cared for.
Where my beef lies with this practice is with the following:
I got a call from one of the assistants who followed up and asked how my health was, ONLY to segue into "How are you going to pay the remaining balance on your account?" If you call

I have been a patient of Dr. Hoelscher in excess of three years. Throughout that period of time and numerous meetings with him and his staff my experience has been extremely positive. Not only is Dr Hoelscher a truly caring and insightful physician, he goes out of his way to ensure that you are given sufficient time to go over all of your issues and concerns. I have never felt rushed or pushed in any way by him or his staff, in fact they have alway exhibited kindness and care for me as a patient. He is truly an exceptional physician.

It's almost impossible to reach them. They don't give an email address, their phone system won't take voicemails when the office is closed or when they're at lunch, they don't respond to Twitter, their Healow patient app doesn't allow sending a message to them. They say they'll send refill to pharmacy but then it doesn't happen. When you actually see them they're friendly and courteous. But that office experience isn't able to offset their other shortcomings.

This is a terrible practice! I'm new to Texas and saw Dr. Hoelscher in December to schedule an annual physical. Went for labs later in December for the physical scheduled in January. My annual physical was a 10 minute phone conversation with his PA who was almost impossible to understand because of a very heavy accent. Even if not for the heavy accent though, I don't think I would have understood her because she spoke so fast. Obviously in a BIG hurry to get off the phone.
When I saw Dr. Hoelscher on my first visit he was very nice and I felt comfortable with him, and his staff was very nice.

They don't let you know that this physician is only interested in the money so he has rotating PA's etc. to tend to patients! It is a cattle call with appts 15 minutes apart? I mean where is the ethics in this? So he is a concierge doctor? Bring back the days where physicians were concerned about their patients, saw them, and didn't let some nurse conduct the practice! Ugh! Pathetic doesn't even cover it.

Yeah, so new patient. Met the doctor once. Very helpful. After that, all I was being seen was with a NP.
Got an annual and no one told me to go to quest to get labs done until the front desk receptionist called few weeks later and was extremely rude.
In the list of the Annual said I was supposed to get X done and they didn't do half of it.
Few days later I'm on their app portal and it said I'm diagnosed with all these things I've never heard of. Did a telephone call appointment which they wanted co pay for (my last clinic never asked for copay if the appointment was over the phone) and I called

Dr. Hoelscher and his staff are extremely friendly on top of being professional. I've never had to wait long for an appointment (before covid) hopefully one day we will be able to resume in office visits. Everyone on the staff has always been professional and friendly as well. Everyone in the office is very knowledgeable and always ready to answer any questions I may have with a smile on their face. Their bedside manner is incredible, I have NEVER felt rushed at all.

I have been coming here for over a year now. I love all the staff. They have always taken good care of me. Once Dr. Hoelscher added the concierge program, I did not join at that time. Saw the nurse practitioner Elisa and love the care I have received from her. This year I decided to join the concierge practice because I lost my job and now have to pay cash for all services. I love how I get great care by the doctor and discounted labs that you find cheaper than the co pay of when I have insurance. This past month I need an X-Ray and that was so reasonable. The staff helped me with setting up my

As a new patient assigned to Dr Hoelscher as my primary, I called to change doctors due to the distance of their office from my home. Jasmine greeted me warmly and made such a positive impression I decided to make the drive. She set about working me into their busy schedule on short notice. Dr Hoelscher scheduled all my tests prior to surgery and Renee coordinated the insurance maze with expertise and faxed the paperwork on a timely basis. I would highly recommend their entire team. They are friendly, kind and professional, their offices are clean and new with easy parking access, and their billing
