This place doesn’t even deserve ONE star. Neglect, lack of care, unprofessional, unreliable, short of staff, nurses or CNA don’t check on residents even if they have an emergency. I’ve seen bedrooms alarms not working, oxygen tank’s empty, faking medical records and so on. Please DONT bring your love ones here if you love them. Seniors deserve better care and respect. Look at the news on KSAT and you’ll see what am I talking about…

Don’t bring your family here. This facility is a complete joke, the nurses are unresponsive and lack communication, management was laugh as well nothing but gossip and falsely accuse employees on actions they weren’t responsible for. Seen so many residents be neglected and often set to the side for another shift to deal with. Never seen anyone take responsibility for their actions instead they rather point the blame to another rather than come forward and admit what they did was wrong. I highly advise anyone not to work here or bring family members to this facility. I’ve seen nursing homes

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I was given misinformation and I was told I could call here to set up appointment and the rude woman said “For what?! This is a nursing home.” And I apologize and I explained I was given misinformation and hung up on me. That’s just plain out rude! It doesn’t matter if someone gets a wrong number just politely explain that it’s the wrong number. Don’t be rude and hang on on people while they’re talking.

I don’t know who gave them the idea of shady practices because it’s a lie. I have lived here and been in the rehab as well. I live here now and I am on the resident Council. The director of this facility is a man of character. If he sees a light on and he’s walking down the hall he answers the bell himself and make sure that it’s taken care of. They have a resident Council were complaints are heard and taken care of. They write up the complaint from there it is taken to the head of that department and the head of that department has to investigate and bring it to the satisfaction of the

Zero , they do not deserve stars , they advertise so pretty online , they greet you so polite , but then leave their grounds and their patients your loved ones get mistreated , ignored , not cared for , their security is omg anybody walks in and they don't care , I advice you stay away from this nursing home unless you want to put your mom , dad or grandparents in HELL or 6 feet deep sooner terrible horrible place !!!!!!

This place is no good do not take your family there they are poor service poor management and if you work any other job you know if you go PRN then it's not even worth your time because they won't work with you the fire you on the spot and you know they'll get mad at you for every little thing don't ever take your family there
