Kim Bergeron grew up in Keene, NH and now lives locally with his wife and children. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, which he puts to good use working for his family's HVAC business. Kim purchased his first investment property in 1998 and has increased his portfolio to five properties over the past decade.
We have an apartment to fit every budget. Monthly rent depends on your apartment choice and number of occupants. Rent includes water, sewer, rubbish removal, snow removal, exterior landscaping maintenance, interior common area cleaning, coin-operated laundry onsite, all general maintenance and a dedicated onsite parking space for each tenant.
