It has good rooms, it’s affordable for students. It’s very new and nice. I like it here!

I've lived here for 2 years and loved every second of it! its a safe place with friendly people fun activities happening once in awhile. The apartment is clean and the staff cares about it's residents and how they live and are always willing to help!

Arcadia is such an amazing place to live! It’s close to campus and is only a 5 min walk. Management of the building is very helpful and keeps residents up to date on new and exciting things happening within the building and town.

This company uses false advertising and spans Craigslist to the point of obstructiveness. Let's company was rude to me by email and I asked them to lessen the number of Craigslist post and to stop falsely advertising their prices. This is a scammer company that's has rude customer service.

Whatever you do, do not live here! I needed housing ASAP and this was all I found but I have regretted it ever since. First of all I moved in and the apartment had not been clean, the paint on the walls was coming off, and the door to the apartment wasn't working properly. It took 4 months for the paint to be fixed. Management is awful. They also overcharge me every month, so every single month I have to go ad argue with them. Rooms are small and not well kept. Unless you have no other option, DO NOT LIVE AT ARCADIA!
