Left hungry- super disappointing and very expensive New Year’s Eve experience.
The food was delicious and the chef is very charming. I am not sure if Roux 30a was understaffed and overwhelmed, but our portions were very small, actually, ridiculously small.
The wine pairing was around a 2 oz per course- and quite skimpy for the money we were paying.
One waitress was all but nasty and grumpy and her attitude all but ruined the experience. Our group was literally nervous to ask for a refill of water.
We left Roux 30 A, hungry, confused and $1000 poorer between the 4 of us, and headed to elsewhere

Absolute phenomenal dinner by Chef @roux30a. What a creative mind putting together a 6 course meal for us from local sea and farm to table resources full of unforgettable flavors in every bite. Wine pairing was fantastic and staff service was excellent. Nothing but suburb all around! My only complaint is we don't have a location near us in GA. Lol. Would travel down 6.5 hours for this experience again.

We had the entire restaurant for the extended family - grandparents, parents, kids, aunt and uncle. It was truly a great experience. It will be a lasting memory - and for the kids maybe a fond one. Got to watch Chef Daniel do his magic with the ingredients. The kids plates were a big hit. For the adults it was a four course meal that was excellent.

Phenomenal wine list, we had the prestige pairing and LOVED the whole experience. Although I was initially concerned about the location, it was the service, food, and wine which made the our night celebrating our anniversary incredibly special.
Although I'm focusing on a plant based diet (vegan) they artfully modified my six-course meal with thoughtful variations which occasionally surpassed my wife's "regular" meal.
Highly recommend!!!

Cozy atmosphere and rustic decor. We recently attended a 6 course chef’s tasting with wine pairings. The chef and wait staff were friendly and accommodating. The chef was knowledgeable and explained the dishes to the restaurant.
While many of the courses were creative and beautifully plated, I was disappointed in many of the dishes. Basic errors- over salting a dish or over cooking a filet made me cringe knowing how much we were paying for a our meal. Dessert was delicious and my favorite course.
I appreciate when courses are a bit on the smaller side but for a 6 course meal lasting over 3

We had a really fantastic meal. It's a small intimate space which as a table of 12 we had almost to ourselves. The Tomahawk, sliced for the table as a starter was fantastic, octopus also a favourite. The pork chop was a thick cut and juicy. Good selection of wine, although better stuff definitely not cheap. Would definitely go back to do the tasting menu.
