We are a leading non-profit agency that has been providing quality mental health and substance abuse counseling to the community since 1972. At WCAP Counseling, we work with individuals aged 18 and older, who require our support with their behavioral health, drug and alcohol use, and other mental health concerns.
WCAP Counseling provides vital support for individuals and their families affected by mental health and/or substance use challenges through our counseling services in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Our experienced, compassionate professionals work hard to give clients a better chance at achieving their full personal, mental, economic, and social potential.
WCAP Counseling offers a discount for self-pay clients (i.e., a client who does not have any health insurance benefits) engaged in ongoing individual/couples counseling services for clients who meet the agency's financial eligibility criteria. Please contact us at 614-239-9965 for details. Clients must give at least a 24-hour notice for an appointment cancellation in order to avoid paying the cancellation fee of $50.00.
Due to the current public health concerns, WCAP Counseling is now offering Telehealth services via audio or video, non-public facing remote communication devices (e.g telephone, cell/smartphone, video conferencing when available) only. To best serve you, we are required to have the below-listed documents on file.

Natese has been nothing short of wonderful. I enjoy our sessions together and her resourcefulness. However the receptionist was very rude to me today. I asked to speak to a supervisor where the receptionist then laughed at me because of my request and then before transferring me stated “I’m transferring you to our director so she can relay the exact information I just gave you.” I never like to have to ask for a supervisor but Doctor K was really kind and was able to address and help me with what I was originally asking the receptionist. I called again the same day just to verify a time because

The owner (Aaron) is very deceptive. I worked front desk and worked more than schedule and performed duties outside of my hired position. After I got the mess of the front office fixed I was “let go” for not working while remote which was extremely inaccurate. I was blocked from the system with no warning and I was not the only one. He also fired… his entire billing team telling them we were billing from inside the company. After speaking with those billers we found nothing he said to be honest and true. If hired, they will expect the world with no appreciation and be prepared
