Services
Our staff encourage and thrive on questions to help educate our clients on the best way to care for our four legged family members. In this position it is my job to see patients, talk with owners and help explain how to care for their family members i.e. In this position it is my job to perform surgeries, vaccinate and examine pets, diagnose and treat medical conditions.
My job is to keep the clinic running smoothly, and to assist the Doctors when ever necessary. I have an amazing son, who lives in Texas. I have 5 dogs, all Border Collies. I also have 4 cats. I enjoy anything and everything relating to the outdoors. I enjoy working with all of the animals and their owners.

My dog was not feeling great and no clinic in town was available for appointments. This office had a cancellation and got me in within 20 minutes. The veterinarian was nice, gentle with my dog during the procedure, and stayed to talk with me about the aftercare. My senior dog is very gentle, deaf and confused a little at times. Staff was patient and veterinarian was very nice to my dog.
I see there are lots of bad reviews. It was not my experience.

I called concerning my puppy. I had to call 3 times in order to talk to the receptionist. then when she answers she just says "hello".
She finally transfers me to the doctor and I try to explain my dogs symptoms and he completely cut me off and said "there is a reason I am leaving early today! I don't have time for a conversation." the concern i have is life threatening to my animal. and he could have cared less to hear what was going on with my FOUR month old puppy.
I completely understand life happens and things happen in the personal life. But if you care to keep

My first visit to this office was concerning. As I was in a room waiting to see Dr. Lane Benziger and could hear him with his other patient in the next room. I could hear him being verbally abusive to the animal. I was on my way to walk out when he came in the room so I stayed. He was nice to my dog so I had my dog fixed there. After that I never took my dog back. This is after I had found out about all the verbal and physical abuse that was going on in his office. Not only was he physically abusive to the animals but verbally abusive to the animals and his employees. I know many women that were

There is a reason why this place is the cheapest in town for animal care. There is a reason why the turn over rate at his practice is so high.
Twice working for Lane Benziger I have wittnseesed him being violent with animals. He has anger issues and has even struck me once ( but to be " fair " he meant to punch the animal I was restraining due to it biting his finger while attempting to give it oral medicine )
I always found it odd that he had an elaborate back story for why all 40 + people quit whether it was them being drug addicts or stealing from him. Of course I fell for his

A friend of mine used to work there,
and the owner, Lane Benziger, frequently punches dogs in the face just before euthanizing them.
That is just one example of his disgusting behavior I've heard about him.
I have no idea why the owner of this place ever became a veterinarian,
since he obviously does not love animals.
If you love your dog, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
If you absolutely must go here to euthanize your dog,
INSIST on being in the room. Do NOT let Lane near your dog alone.
