Services
We strongly suggest you make an appointment to assure an appropriate time is spent with your pet. Call our Office Anytime for Emergencies (765 ) 529 - 4343. Elective procedures are provided on a Cash/ Check / Credit Card basis due at time of service and we offer Care Credit - ( a credit card used only for medical cost ).
Our staff has the knowledge and training needed to offer diagnosis, treatment and therapy for your animal family members. We offer a pleasant, clean facility for you and the care of your pet. Our staff participates in continuing education to keep current on the ever changing knowledge. Dr. Brad has been with New Castle Animal hospital since graduation from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1996.
If your pet is having an emergency after hours, telephone ahead and take your pet to Northwood Animal Hospital. Northwood is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We refer all of our emergency after hour cases to them. Thank you for your interest! I was out of town for work and had my dog with me. While away, we ran out of Heartgard and Nexgard. I called New Castle Animal Hospital and explained I was out of town and needed refills. They would not send them to me so I asked if I could get the prescription so that I could get them through Chewy. They refused to do that. So I contacted Chewy who said they would speak with New Castle Animal Hospital directly. The result...I was allowed to get them from Chewy as long as I payed a surcharge to New Castle Animal Hospital of $6.50 per prescription. This was a clear sign to me that they are more

We have used this vet for 22 years, when Dr. Garvin Sr. Ran it. We loved him, but once he retired, things were never the same. Our recent exchange with them has forever lost my business. They misread my senior dogs lab work, and showing it to another vet once my dog is so sick she can't stand on her own, the new vet immediately flagged her liver numbers and said she is in liver failure, among other things. I will never trust them with another living creature. They may have cost my girl her life!

I'm putting 4 stars because the vets for the most part are incredible and give such good quality care! There was only once I visited when I felt pretty slighted by one of the vets there but I'm hoping they were having an off day. Each time I've went the vets are extremely gentle and excited to see my babies. They are always willing to answer all the questions I have at the end of my appointment.

I highly do not recommend this vet. They paid no attention to my animals or me. I had to ask multiple times that they actually examine my pets, to no success. I should have contested the charge on my credit card. The feeling was that they were there to make $250 in 15 minutes off of me, and that was all that they cared about. It was so sad.

Place is fantastic! First off it smells SOOO good when you first walk in. It's amazing, I have no idea what their secret is, but I would imagine it involves cleaning LOL. We brought our English Bulldog to see Dr. Reece, who was AMAZING!! Oh and the techs were legit ninjas, like for real ninjas. They somehow trimmed my dog's, black toe nails SUPER fast and didn't cut his quicks. I was blown-away, and did a slow golf-clap in admiration. All around this place is professional yet personable.
