Long ago, back in the late 1900's, there was a Texas sheriff's deputy named Robin "Delicious" Ford who knew his guys needed some stress relief, so he threw a party for the families and cooked up some mighty fine brisket. As these parties grew, he bought a 5'x18" barbecue pit they dubbed the "Texas Ranger."
When Robin & Teresa hoofed on up to Colorado with their best friends to visit Bar D Chuckwagon, the four dreamed of opening their own 4C chuckwagon in Texas. That's when the 4C brand was birthed. In 1999, God led the Fords to load the wagon and head north to help out family. There they bought a convenience store and deli and kept on cooking.

On site catering prices include 2 sides, sauce, Tea and/or water, plates, ice, utensils, napkins, drink cups. We serve, clean up, and leave you stress free. We also offer an upgraded plates, cups, utensils, and napkins. 50% deposit required 30 days before event, no setup fee, no extra vehicle fee, no other fees that you will incur unless already specified when we book your event!
