We initially thought this was going to a very simple and uncomplicated real estate transaction. However, it ended up becoming very complicated with unexpected title issues, insurance and mortgage complications and lots of family drama as the home was being sold by our father to multiple family members. I can’t imagine navigating this process without Brad. He was beyond competent at handling all roadblocks that we hit and offered very good advice along the way which protected our interests. For weeks, we were calling and emailing him at all hours and he always took our calls and was very helpful

My family used Brad Mahoney as our lawyer to purchase a home. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process. What we thought was going to be a simple real estate transaction turned out to be very complicated on many levels. The house we were buying had title issues, complex family dynamics and required much more legal work than we had anticipated. Brad Mahoney was excellent to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the transaction and I can honestly say the sale would not have happened without him. Highly recommend! We hired Brad and his team to represent us on both the sale and purchase of our homes this year. Brad and his team are AMAZING. Extremely responsive and helpful. We had some issues with the purchase of our home as the AC being in working order was questionable. Brad listened to my concerns and made sure there was language in the P&S to cover us should something happen. He also vouched for us during closing when the seller was being difficult.
