Dr. Bahia at Tech Dentistry is one of the best dentists I've ever had. She's super warm and empathetic, but also sees you on time and provides great care. I highly recommend. She currently works Tuesdays/Thursdays. Tech Dentistry is a little expensive if you need any actual work done, but luckily it's in-network for both Emory and GA Tech student health plans.
My only complaint is that I once had to see Dr. Vesper because they scheduled me on a Wednesday. She was cold and didn't seem like she wanted to answer my questions. She also seemed frustrated when I questioned something she said. Thus, I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Bahia if possible! During my visits, I always like the treatment provided to me by the doctors at Tech Dentistry.

Tech Dentistry is just excellent all the way around. Period! Customer service is the best and my services received were 1st class. They are so honest. They are not going to provide any services that you don’t need. I love that about them. Everybody is so kind, loving, and they really care about you receiving the best services. I am just so happy with Tech Dentistry. It’s so difficult to find dentists who care as much and who are not going to try to offer your services that you don’t need. I highly recommend Tech Dentistry.

The dentist did not do a good job with the initial fillings and so I requested to have the filling refined. In the second session, they barely put any effort in and did not care that it was not a job well done. Now the two affected teeth are just a plaque trap waiting for decay to happen. They are charging their patients a good, nice amount of money but not delivering service on par.
I would definitely look for service someplace else - I can't build rapport and a good dentist-patient relationship if I can't trust them to do what's best for my health and not for their pocket.

I LOVE Tech Dentistry! Dr. Hampton and her staff are always so kind. I feel like I'm the only patient at the office. MacKenzie at the front desk was awesome! Very pleasant to work with and she is also extremely professional. She helped me sign up for Smile Care (which is very reasonably priced).
The care I received from my hygienist-Lisa was phenomenal. I haven't been to a dentist in 2 years and Lisa made sure my dental needs were addressed. I am extremely satisfied with my cleaning.

I've been going to this dentist for years, and I love them... before covid hit. Don't get me wrong, the service is amazing, and the doctors are all professional and nice. However, having a packed dentist's office (literally at least four people in the waiting room when I arrived, every single dental station filled) where all the patients are unmasked because, clearly, they're working on your mouth, is hardly "covid safe". Unfortunately my dental health isn't worth the risk of possibly dying from Covid.

I had been going to Tech Dentistry in grad school but had real trouble making time for a follow up. I was elated when they had time this Friday. When I arrived for my appointment I was 5-10 minutes early. They asked me to have a seat in the waiting room and update my insurance information and I set about the unpleasant task of finding my account number. I was having some issues my insurance company (I'm covered through a school and the coverage just rolled over, they couldn't confirm my coverage, would I like to talk to student health, etc.) and decided to submit the claim myself

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called this past Friday to make an appointment for 8:30am this morning which was confirmed before I hung up the phone. Here we are Tuesday morning (called off of work, woke up early, endured excruciating traffic etc.) just to arrive and be told I have no appointment. Not only are there no notes or anything indicating that I have no appointment but the receptionist are looking at me with a "side eye" as if I made it all up. The worst dental experience we have ever had. My husband went in for a routine cleaning, had to wait for almost an hour with no explanation or apologies, and can't remember the last time he was in so much pain. His bib was covered in blood. Then, at dinner that night, one of his teeth broke in half--no doubt due to the excessive and inappropriate ultrasonic scaler use. He also had over 50 pictures taken on a previous visit because the technician was so incompetent.

Worst experience ever! I went in for a general appointment to have my teeth cleaned. I left the dentist thinking my insurance would cover the regular cleaning. I get a bill a couple months later charging me for prophylaxis and 'deep cleaning'. I never asked for this service!! But I couldn't prove I didn't get this and I had to pay for it.

This office is amazing. My family had been going to a so so dentist for a few years. We needed a new one due to insurance changes. Found this group and we are thoroughly impressed. The facilities are very clean, all of the staff are kind and gentle. We were worried based on the bad reviews here. I can tell you from experience, this place is a wonderful office. They are using the top of the line dental equipment and machines. Free water, coffee, & tea in the waiting room.

At first it seemed as if they were more interested in taking pictures and x-rays of my teeth than they were about looking at them. Like a teenager in an art museum who snaps pictures of everything and doesn't take time to actually look at the art.

I am suprised to see such negatvie ratings. I've been using this office for 2years. My experiences have been positive. I am an employee of the GT, I tried this office out of convenience and it has been wonderful. My appointments have been timely. I've never had an extended wait in the waiting area. I missed my appointment approx 2 weeks ago, called on a Thursday to reschedule and was seen for my cleaning on Monday. The hygentist was excellent, she very personable (not too chatty), and had "gentle hands" If I remember correctly her name is Devin. I would recommend this office

Dr Frank's reply is typical of the bad management at this place. I have never been sent a bill for those charges, ever. The staff people I spoke to in December admitted it. Now they are making up stories to cover their tracks.

Charged me a bogus charge then referred me to a collection agency for it. I have showed Tech Dentistry that my insurance covered 100% of the visit. They then referred me to a collection agency. Now I am working with a lawyer and the collection agency to have this fraudulent charge dismissed. No dentist is worth this headache!

I used to use this Dentistry when I am in school, and it is not a good one. They treat patients like products, and making reservations is very hard!
They do not always keep in time, for example, if you appointment is 9am, you may have to wait until 9:20am to come, and seeing the doctor and do the exam has to wait another 10 to 15 minutes.
I think they are sort of closed status, only open on Monday or Wednesday morning. It is normal due to the bad service...I think.

I tried to get information about how much things would cost. I sent a variety of emails and no one would give me a straight answer. So, I had a normal check up thinking it wouldn't be that bad. Anyway, when the bill came it was A LOT more than I thought it was going to be (even with insurance). I would go somewhere else in the future. Their work is good, but I don't like feeling like someone is trying to take advantage of you.

The office is located in Stamps Clinic On Georgia Tech campus. Free parking is available if you write you tag number on a clipboard at the reception desk. The office itself is very clean and welcoming, and there is free coffee available in the waiting area (Keurig ftw!). The receptionists though are rude and unhelpful. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of the office on the phone. Also, they are only open a couple days a week and for limited hours. I had to wait a month to get an appointment.

Last summer, one of my back molars broke. I hadn't been to a dentist in ages, and there was a bad cavity. So I went to Tech Dentistry. No problem, right?
They gave me a root canal without medication. Here, let me repeat that-
THEY GAVE ME A ROOT CANAL WITHOUT MEDICATION.
The crown they gave me was so flimsy it broke within five months. I went to a REAL dentist, who didn't even know what the crown's material was.
Also- the one MD there is awful. He is very overly friendly. He was constantly touching me and calling me by pet names. It made me very uncomfortable.
