I would recommend Midtown Smile Center to anyone. I was seen right away at my scheduled appointment time. The hygienist was wonderful and knowledgable. I had a small preventive procedure done and they were able to quickly contact my insurance company to get a price right away. My whole visit took less than one hour and I left with a clean mouth and pain-free.

DO NOT COME HERE! They deleted all their reviews on google because everyone starting calling out their scam. I checked this on 5/21.
They quoted me a price when I went they verified my insurance would cover "not the first time I did the procedure with them". I left owing a zero balance even have my receipt. Come to find out they never called my insurance, sent me to collections & later advised me it was on me to verify not them. So what was supposed to be a $200.00 visit has not turned into $700. I went there because I had an infection on my bottom gums. Which as i already knew meant that the teeth had to come out. After the dentist read my x-rays he said that all my teeth had to come out. But I told him my top teeth were dentures and doing just fine. Then I asked the Dr why he could see that the were dentures.
Plus I think the Dr. was a littel to eagar to make money. So I do not recommend them, unless you are stupid and rich

I have been a client of this dentist office for over three years, and recently, their customer service has diminished. Their management and billing department are incorrectly billing my wife and me. Stay away from these fraudulent characters. The State should shut them down!!! Awful experience!! Stay away from this dentist office.

The Buckhead Smile Center offers very poor customer service and has terrible billing practices.
It has taken over one year to clear up my bill. I was given inconsistent and incorrect information about my balance. At times, I was told that I do not have a balance but would continue to receive bills. This happens because the communication between the main office and the call center is poor. When you call the office line, you don't know whether you're speaking to a call center rep or someone at the office. It should not be this complicated to figure out whether you have a balance.

There is something seriously wrong with the billing practice of the Buckhead location, they do balance billing, and drag their feet settling claims with the insurance company, and to top that, it is virtually impossible to reach a live person in the billing department. I visited twice in Sept and Oct 2019, they took payment upfront from me for the entire bill (it wasn't even the discounted amount for in-network dentist), when I asked to pay my portion of the discounted rate, they said they don't do that, and if there is a credit after they file claims, they will issue a refund. Unreturned calls, lies, and administrative incompetency. I have been going to this location since 2018. When I called to set up my appointment I was told that this location accepts my insurance. They do, but not all of the dentists are in the network. Instead of them scheduling an appointment for me with someone within my network they gave me someone who wasn't. For a year after my first appointment they didn't bill me, when I went to other appointment they would say that they were having billing issues and that they were going to resubmit it. One of the worst dentists I have ever been to. I had to come in a few times within a 6 month period to have multiple cavities filled. Often they would numb me with Novocaine and then disappear for a long period of time then come back to me, by which time the numbing had worn off a bit. I never felt fully numb at this dentist. They put in the fillings the first time and I left, noticing pain in my tooth after getting home. The next time I went in, I told them about the pain. Best dentist on the planet. Period. I've been seeing Dr. Wingfield for about ten years now and refuse to see anyone else. He's guided me from a wisdom teeth extraction through crowns and changing fillings to our ultimate goal of braces--in this case, Invisalign, which I'm starting my fourth month of.
There are several satellite offices, but I highly recommend the Buckhead office.

Short version: They scratched my face and claimed not to see it and also wrecked the inside of my cheek.
My initial exam went fine but I had a terrible experience when I came back for my fillings. Dr. Grayson was pretty nice overall and explained everything that she was going to do. But when it came to performing the procedure, she was extremely rough - quite literally shoving cotton into the sides of my cheek and being really harsh on my mouth in general. I'm no stranger to dentists (having had 8 cavities and three crowns done in Texas in 2015) so I know I'm not being particularly
