Dr. James D. Schulte graduated from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in 2001. After working in various dental practices around town, including several years in public health dentistry, he now works full time at Peachtree Smiles Dentistry. As one of the original group of general dentists to be certified for Invisalign treatment, Dr.

We are interested in your speedy and full recovery. Here are some instructions that could help you in your recovery. Remember if any unusual problem arise or you need immediate care, call our office or go to the nearest emergency room. Please read the following instructions carefully. They will help you to understand the normal process and reactions following your surgery and help to keep you as comfortable as possible.
Patients taking medications to relieve pain or other drugs that may impair reflexes should not operate machinery, cars, etc., while taking these drugs. Antibiotics should be taken as directed until this prescription runs out. Antibiotics may impair the efficiency of oral contraceptives for the duration of the present cycle.
Proper brushing takes at least two minutes - that's right, 120 seconds! Most adults do not come close to brushing that long. To get a feel for the time involved, try using a stopwatch. To properly brush your teeth, use short, gentle strokes, paying extra attention to the gumline, hard-to-reach back teeth and areas around fillings, crowns or other restorations.

I cannot imagine a more satisfying dental experience than what you will find at Peachtree Smiles. From the warm, relaxed atmosphere, to the attention to preventive care, to the stable and exceptionally competent staff, everything is in place to address your dental needs. I have been under their care for many years and they have completely changed my original perception (and experience ) with dentistry. From check-in to checkout everything is excellent! Incredible dentist! So kind and helpful and good at his job. I had not been to the dentist in years (more than I wish to admit) and Dr. Schulte and his team were kind and non-judgemental. I had never had fillings before and they did 4 in one day and there was no pain at all. I could not believe it. I never ever leave reviews, but I really feel like there's no other way to thank him for making it a good experience when I was petrified for years and years.

Dr. Schultz has been our family Dentist forever.
Aside from the usual professional, explaining assessments and treatment options, etc. he does take a genuine interest in you as an individual and not just a collection of tests and gums.
Only criticism is he is a Falcons fan while we are Saints fans
The office is convenient to us at 1715 Peachtree St NW, Atlanta 30309.
His staff and technicians are all cool and fun.

I have the best dentist in the world, Dr James Schulte. I chipped my tooth on Sunday while eating bread at Carrabas. I didn't have an appointment but he and his staff worked me in and nicely repaired my tooth!!! Thanks Michelle for getting me on today's calendar!!! Again The Best!!! A Very Satisfied Customer Since June 25, 1975!!! Father now Son!!!

I LOVE this place! Dr Schulte and all his staff are AWESOME! They get an A+++ in Customer Service, which is pretty much non-existent these days everywhere else! Reasonable prices which is especially important to me as I don't have dental insurance! They make sure you understand what is going on, options etc., and don't try to push unnecessary procedures on you. I have never had to wait. So friendly and nice! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My dentistry experience here was not bad. The waiting time was efficient and the dentist and hygienist were very nice. I wish I could go back here, but the parking situation is terrible. The garage is extremely tight and difficult. Poles barricade each spot making parking a tight nightmare. On top of this stress, the dentist does not provide complimentary parking. You should not have to pay to park and go through a 20 minute garage process just to get your teeth cleaned.

I moved to Atlanta less than 2 years ago and being on my own for the first time, I was nervous about finding a dentist. Peachtree Smiles is in the building I work at and I heard positive things from fellow employees so I decided to join and I'm so glad I did. The staff here is awesome (shoutout Trisha!!) I'll be sad when I have to leave them but definitely get in if you can as I know they rarely accept new patients.

Dr. Schulte and his team are as wonderful as these many glowing reviews suggest.
Until finding Dr. Schulte and his fabulous hygienist, Trisha, I was always terrified of dental visits. I used to put them off for years at a time because I hated the experience so much. But the kindness, efficiency, and professionalism of the folks at this office have made me a believer!

A good dentist is very hard to find. I went to 4 other dentists, one of which ended up giving me a root canal when I went in for a routine cavity filling. I received a recommendation for this place from a former coworker and I couldn't be more pleased. They take a conservative approach and the office is well staffed and clean. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone. Only downside is you have to pay to park and they don't validate. But other than that the staff is really great!

I had not been to a dentist in a while due to being over charged, work needing re-cementing, being referred to a "specialist" due to them not learning what they should have in dental school. I researched, compared & choose Dr James Schulte. He is the best dentist period. Did all my difficult dental work himself. I was amazed at what all he could do & the results. He accepted the pricing of my dental plan as payment in full. Wanted to pay him for something unexpected, he said "under warranty". Dr James Schulte is an honest good man. I have been going to Dr. Schulte for over ten years and would highly recommend him! He is personable, low key, an excellent dentist and not at all "pushy" like some dentists I have been to in the past. The hygienists are fabulous as are the office staff. I can't believe this place doesn't have any reviews. Dr Schulte and his staff are outstanding. As someone who doesn't have the best teeth, I always feel comfortable and in capable hands. Their prices are always reasonable and I almost never have to pay out of pocket. The staff is friendly and informative - Dr. Schulte is always honest with you. If there is a procedure you thought you needed, he will lay out the price and the benefits and help you determine what your best option is. He's even talked me out of spending money before.
