I was so pleased when I stayed there for 3 years, overall it was nice, clean facility, good management. However when they changed the management, service changed as well. I called the office for many times, they rarely picked up the phone. Especially when I moved out, tried to get my deposit back, they told me that I would get my full $350 deposit back after 30 days moving out from April 30th. I came to the office couple times to give the forwarding address, called so many times but they still needed to find out where my deposit was, I tried to talk to the leasing office manager, but seemed like

This property personnel doesn't care about the residence nor applicants. They are there for there Monday thru Friday checks. Follow up on your applications, because they won't. Marissa the manager of Tracy, and Tracy the manager of Cesar stick together irrespective of the truth. Something that takes 1 week, can take a month.

The fact that you can not get someone to respond to your service orders in a timely fashion is so annoying. I have to call a million times before someone actually answers and now I have a huge leak in my ceiling which looks like will collapse any day now. From when I first moved in until now this property have gone down the drain.

I was WOWed at this place! The pool, the layout, GRANITE COUNTERTOPS at that price! Unfortunately I did not make the requirements but I wish I could've. The management was so nice and professional and I want to specifically highlight Tracey for going above and beyond. I will be recommending some friends because this is a dream complex for the price!

I gave five stars two years ago and now I am giving zero star if possible. Since Tracy the manager came, the place had gone to dogs. Two years and two months ago, we moved in. Then the last manager told us we got a free garage spot. We kept asking and asking and today we still don't have it. When we asked Tracy a year ago, she said she was new and had nothing to do with it. She also had tenants' cars tolled several months BEFORE they gave tenants stickers for identification. When we couldn't find it, they were not helpful. Our van which was a spare vehicle that we didn't drive much sat in the pound

The complex itself is nice. The original manager, Candy, was great. Phones were answered, emails responded to. The new managers.... That's a different story. They don't respond to emails not answer calls. As a resident and as somebody who helped build this complex I feel very let down by the lack of responsibility from the management. We put in request to have our dishwasher fixed that suddenly stopped working and to have an exterminator come and take care of the and problem. Not only is our dishwasher still not working but we still have ants. We were told it'll be taken care of Monday. Monday

Great place to live! Thr people at leasing office are nice. Their management skills are best. They keep the place clean all the time. If they are not busy they start cleaning the parking lots themselves. So they are really hardworking. Especially the manager is really nice she takes care of everything and treats everyone with respect!

The second I found out about the apartments I called and emailed to get more information. I started the end of April and I finally got an email back mid July to get more information. I was contacted the end of August to submit the application and now waiting for the apartments to be finished to move in. Candi (the manager) has been amazing and very helpful. I too was upset at first for not getting a call or respond back immediately.
