I was reluctant about posting a negative review about this management, but after my most recent experience I must say I am not surprised to find that they have a pretty low rating on here. Their customer service is mediocre at best. However I would reserve a few kind words for the community manager, Victoria, on how she resolved my issue about 3 weeks ago. Tiffany, however has NO courtesy at all. There was no apologies from her at all for a service order that was recklessly closed. This review could be worse from what I experienced within the last month. But I would not go further for now.

This complex is gross! There are cockrocaches all outside in the stair ways and parking lots. If they tell you there is good parking, they aren't telling the truth. You may have to park on the back wall and haul your groceries 3-5 minutes to your apartment. I've seen wasps, crickets, roaches and moths inside of the apartments even though they say they've used pest control. Another issue is the apartment was not at all cleaned when my friend arrived to move in. There are dead bugs and bug wings all in the bottom of the pantry, closets, windowsills, kitchen drawers and cabinets. Even

I've lived here for 2 years now. I absolutely love this place. I keep to myself mostly and so does everyone else. Everyone around the apartment complex is pretty friendly. The Office staff is outstanding and the maintenance crew is wonderful!
The only complaint I have is that few people picks up after their dogs in the dog areas.

Tiffany made the application process easy. She was awesome and answered any questions I had. Very satisfied and my family loves the apartment. Parking is not a issue because I have my own garage. Plenty of space and very well maintained. Everybody minds they're own business and its quiet. Haven't had any problems yet. Would recommend it to someone else.

I've lived at this amazing complex for about a year now. *Tiffany* and the other amazing women in the office have been nothing but superb. Amilio the gentleman who handles the maintenance is one of the best! I haven't had many maintenance issues but when I did, it was handled timely and efficiently. Only reason I'm moving is because I'm getting a house. The community is quiet and respectful. Living in an area where kids feel safe to play outside reminds me of growing up in the neighborhoods that I did.

I've lived here for almost 4 years and I love living here. Emilio is such a gem, the sweetest guy whenever you run into him and he always always goes way above and beyond when taking care of your maintenance. And for the property in general, the pool is lovely, my apartment is great and homey (and I love how much light i get in here with the big windows and the vaulted ceiling!), and the biggest thing to me: I never, ever have pest problems. Very happy resident :)

If you're thinking about moving to the reserve at fountain lake you may want to think twice. I have had several issues at this property and the manager stay hidden in her office. Yes, I have spoken to the assistant manager, but when cars are being vandalized the head manager should be in front of this issue. Someone is throwing a white and red latex liquid on random car's. We have not recieved an email or bulletin about this matter. Nor, does any of them seem concerned. This is a big concern for me because, I rent vehicles often to travel for work. This complex used to be nice at one time. Their staff used to be phenomenal. However once they changed their management team, their customer service went straight to hell! Their office staff lacks true customer service skills. They are professionals at pointing the fingers though! If one didn't get it done, they know how to shift the blame and promise to get it done, but yet it never gets done. IF and when they do send someone to complete a repair, trust me, it's not 100% fixed. They believe in a "band aid" solution! They will fix it just long enough for you to THINK

My residents experience has been great. Great neighbors, the property is well kept and it's pet friendly. My reason for 4 stars out of 5 is because it takes forever to get maintenance orders completed. We had to wait almost 6 months before our ice maker was properly installed. Other than that I have no complaints.

I moved to the Reserve at Fountain Lake in November. I love this place so far. Maintenance has come in a timely manner and fixed our ac the same day!! Also my car was broken into and my wallet was stolen. All of my credit cards and check book were discarded around my car. My neighbors are so amazing and honest they turned all of my things into the leasing office. The office staff even followed up after to make sure I was okay. The parking is the best but in there defense I get off of work at 1 am and most people are home in bed at that hour.

I have lived here on and off for over 10 years... The staff is amazing, they are so helpful and very friendly. The maintenance guys are the sweetest and will do anything to help you out. The location is perfect, surrounded by so many restaurants and shops and 59 it's literally right there. It takes no time to get anywhere from this area. It's safe, it's a quiet community, and there's an awesome park across the street.

The new management is awesome.... They have posted signs about the parking i.e. towing, communication is great, maintenance gets the job done in a timely manner... no complaints ... I am Happy!
I don't have the same parking problems but I also don't have the same work hours... If there are other reviewers?? I can't speak much about parking anymore - I still do the switch (mentioned below) when needed...
