I really wanted to wait before I did a review to at least check out the apartment homes but this is ludicrous! For the last two months I have contacted the leasing office but to no avail did anyone answer the phones. I sent a contact message as advised on the website and as we speak, I am yet to get an email response.
Today, I came in person with the hopes of finding someone there but nope there was a sign on the door stating that they will return at 1pm. I got there at 11:40am. So I decided to return and met someone else waiting outside for them as well. Lo and behold, the away sign is still

I just wanted to let the management know how the manager Ms Benita treated me, at the time of my visit she didn't have any apartments available but that didn't stop her from making me feel welcome to one day get a chance to live at the apartment community, she took her time explained the application process and made me feel so excited, that day I had been to so many places looking for an apartment and so many were rude and rushing me out the door,, but not her as I said even though there were no openings I felt like this is the apartment community I would love to live in because of her professionalism

When I approached the property I thought they were closed but then my wife and were I greeted by Ms Benita with the biggest smile which made us feel better, we were able to get the information needed about the apartment community in hopes of one day living there. I can understand why there are no vacancies,!

All these bad reviews had me a little worried but when I called today I spoke to Benita and she was very nice and she provided me with all the information needed. She informed me that she did not have any available units at this time but that I am more than welcome to take a tour of the community. She was very helpful...hopefully there will be an apartment available soon it looks like a really nice place to live at.

I have called 3 times, left 2 messages and emailed 2 times for information on this property. I was so excited at the thought of moving to a new place that was closer to my job.
I'm extremely disappointed that I haven't had a reply back. It was an affordable opportunity I've been waiting for and working towards.

I love my apartment here!!! It has taken all of us to get moved in and settled alittle while. Mrs Benita does make you feel welcome and will try to do everything in her reach to help out. I moved in over 8 months and they are constantly making new improvements to the complex. I will say it's a safe environment and yes the walls are thin and you can here everything but over all this is a wonderful place to live. The other problem I have is its a new complex on every application I do it says it's not a valid address and that becomes a issue to prove but I love the pool,playground, the setting area

Beautiful homes! I absolutely love my home! No issues with home, neighbors or property. Maintenance has been on top of things and when needed they come out for repairs ASAP. I have lovely neighbors but warning the walls connecting are very thin. I can hear a lot at all times of day and night. And also can smell their cooking. Not a biggie, no place is perfect but this is a close as it will get. Definitely plan on staying here for a while!

Worst customer service ever! The first time I went to these apartments they had someone there however she told me that she was filling in for the day and she works on another sister property and that the leasing people for this property would not be there until next week. So when the following week came I called several times and received no answer from anyone. So I decided to just ride to the property and see if anyone was there and when I knocked the leasing agent (whom I assumed is the actual leasing agent of the property) came to the door and greeted me with an nasty attitude as if I was bothering

My issues started when I was moved here from their sister property Provision at Fours Corners due to a mold issue that occurred twice. This company does NOT care about their tenants and more about money. These apartments are worse than my previous unit. Neighbors leave trash and food in the hallway. I have started to see roaches in my unit. You are never able to reach anyone in the office because they never answer the phone. I would not recommend any of their properties to anyone.
