Very disappointed with new managers and their behavior, I booked the pool couple of days in advance to have breakfast with the friends on Diwali Festival, swimming pool booking was approved and received to me by email, then on 11-05-2021 when I was expecting the guest approached the maintenance person to open the swimming pool gate for us, they keep on telling me that give us 5 minutes to open it, someone is coming to open the lock etc... until my guest arrived, after 1 hour and 30 minutes they [Briana] told me that they can not open the pool, because of weather. Whereas; it was sunny day 11-05

The office manager Perla is very rude. She takes off on dulce all the time she does all the work so see her not Perla when you have issues. I had to call the police to get a package from the office in which Perla kept saying she didn't have. My bathtub which is painted needs to b repainted and I have been asking since February. My ac has broken ten times in a year. But not to bad for a starter place just avoid management or any issues to b fixed

I moved here 2 years and shortly after I moved in I decided to get a reserved parking. I watched the office manager at the time write my name in the binder. Fast forward to the current manager (Perla) who has been manager since the beginning of the year. She decided to come to my apartment at 6 or 7 in the evening being rude and trying to raise her voice talking about that I'm not in the binder to have a reserved parking and I have not been paying for it. In my defense I told her I thought I was and that she needs to find a way to get with the previous manager and that I don't have a problem paying

This is my second apartment with this property and I really liked the convenience of location, but the price is what brought me back. I had a 1b1b apartment and now I'am in a studio. The management really helped me find something more suitable to my budget. Carpet and new paint was done on the studio before move in and the closets have big space for storage. They always come out right away when I have concerns like a clogged drain or broken mailbox. My Ac was out maybe a month in and they replaced it right away as it was summer. The trash is an inconvenience as it fills very quickly and parking

I have lived at Fountain park for 5 years. I really love living there. The staff there are very considerate, nice. I've had a great experience here - the layout is amazing, the manager Stephine and staff are friendly, helpful, professional & always available - I had a few leaks in my apartment and they came and fixed everything. Did a great job and I really appreciate it. I would recommend these apartments to any one looking for a nice place to live. Thank you again. Great Job.

I really enjoyed living here because it’s so peacefully and quiet. There was no roaches and our rent is so cheap ever since we got the move in special. It was really refurbished and clean. The leasing manager is very friendly and treated us like home. Me and my fiancé love it and started to get settled in. It’s been almost 3 weeks since we’ve moved here. I rate this place all 5 stars.
