I moved here from Birmingham and had to overcome quite a few obstacles but the office and property management worked with me beyond all reason to attempt to accommodate what i needed. Jody, Mesha and J are awesome and will stop at nothing to make sure their residents are comfortable and happy. The build and structure of certain apartments are out of their hands

I am currently looking for a nice place to live. Recently, I called this property and a lady name Mesha answered the phone. She was so professional. She answered the phone and scheduled me an appointment to come see one of the apartments that was empty. I decided to go on that date and time that we set. I am extremely impressed with how knowledgeable she was, professional, and dedicated to making sure I had a great understanding of everything. The property seems clean and well put together!!! I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends!! Thanks sooooo much !!!

You’re better off at some other apartment this one isn’t worth half of the money they charge. They will hound you over some rent but never fix anything that you request. This place looks like the slums in the inside. The maintenance people don’t come to fix anything until like three weeks later. The microwave, for example, busted and it’s been a month since we’ve sent someone to fix it. We were told that a new one was going to be ordered the following week but since then nothing. They also increase charges for old residents which makes no since at all because from the way things look

We are residents, we have to renew and the cost increases every time you renew. The worst thing is that the apartments still have no improvements or changes. The new administrator a blonde white lady speaks to the residents as if they were not important. I have been a resident that all payments have been made on the correct date, even the check is delivered days before the payment date. The price for new residents is very low. I can say that they would pay 60 to 100 dollars less than me for the same apartment. whereas if I want to renew it, I will pay more. The security gates are almost always

I must say, living at The Lexington Apartment Homes has been a delight to live in. The property is well maintained and whenever an issues arise, I have no problem contacting the current management staff to fix the matter at hand. They are respectful, courteous, and willing to make the tenant happy. Although the price has gone up, I feel as it’s reasonable based on the location and square footage. All in all, this is a great location to live.
