The worse decision I’ve ever made was to sign a lease over here . It’s really hard to get things resolved they act concerned and do nothing to resolve issues. They have one staff that is very helpful in the office and her name is Jasmine. I’ve been without a oven for a month and some weeks now. I was told my element went out and they’re waiting for a part to come in. The Part still haven’t came. It shouldn’t be a problem to just bring another oven in here for me to use they even closed the work order out on me knowing they haven’t did anything and I’m still without an oven. I had

The 1 star is for Milton, who was very nice when showing us the property. The rent is ridiculously high for how old and damaged things look inside the apartment. The pool was dirty. The location is in a lower rough looking area but they are charging high class prices. They seem to have a charge for absolutely everything. There is better places to live in better locations for this rent price.

Since I’ve been residing at this location (over a yr) I’ve had issues. I’ve put in multiple requests for the same fixtures for over a year, however nothing has been done. I’ve had to threaten to withhold my rent for them to come half fix some of the outlets throughout the entire apartment (fire hazard). I’ve been waiting on them to come seal the bathtub, fix the bathroom vent, major peeling of flooring, and kitchen light. The only descent thing is the location. With the cost of rent there should be absolutely no problems.

I have been a resident at Pinebrook Apartments since 2015, and am very proud to call this community my home. The staff is very friendly and helpful with assisting with any issues of concern. The maintenance team always fix any issues in a timely manner & i must say they are very professional. And most importantly, I feel extremely safe at all times. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to call home! I Love it here.

I moved in PineBrook apartments in May of 2020. I have yet to receive a mailbox key and its almost eight months later. I have tried and tried to get this mail box key. There is no accountability for the office staff or the maintenance staff it seems. I've even called corporate which evidently that did nothing as well. One time they offered for a maintenance man to pop the lock on the mailbox and leave it open until they get me a key.I wouldn't expect a professional to say something like that especially considering the fact that with an open mailbox literally anybody will have access to your mail
