The Gables offers a variety of luxury amenities to make daily life comfortable, convenient and more enjoyable. We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why your pets are welcome to join our community at The Gables. A non-refundable pet fee is due at move-in: $400 for one pet and an additional $200 for a second pet, 2 pet maximum.

I have been living at the Gables for a few months and the Gables has ALWAYS considered one of the best apartments in Ridgeland area, considering the exceptional customer service given by the former property manager (Rebecca) and the leasing agent (Katie). These two always made sure residents had what they needed and were always so polite, nice, responsive, and happy to see residents. The Gables has unfortunately lost these two ladies for whatever reason and the new management is not the best. I've spoken with several residents within the community and everyone expresses the same concern. I have

The Gables is a great place to live as I was there for almost 4 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the office staff especially Jennifer and Lauren as they are always accommodating and definitely care about their residents. The property is well maintained and a safe environment. All in all a great place to call home!

In my rapid search for an apartment I overlooked the Gables at first but I was sent there by my company, and I am really considering moving there. I was really impressed with the gals in the office that were so nice and happy to help me first thing in the morning and offered tons of help with all different options for me to rent furnished or unfurnished. I like the option of a garage and the quality of the place but I also looked at a place close by that I was told was a sister property and it would be nice to have more than just the nice floors for the price of this place. My family and I are transitioning to the greater Jackson area. We chose the Gables based off the positive reviews. The staff has been very helpful as we transition. Jennifer, the property manager, has gone above and beyond to make our move seamless. The follow-up and empathy she has displayed has been very reassuring during a stressful time. Every request we’ve had has been fulfilled. She is a great representation of what we hope to be a great time while living in this community.
