Services
Orders under $999 using Affirm financing will only be eligible for a maximum of 12 months financing terms. Step 2: Stand with the jug (or other items) in one hand with your arm extended down near your hips and your palms facing forward. Shoulders and elbows should be pinned to your sides. Bought it on December 13th got it in the house Christmas day dec 24th...excellent delivery service by XPO, they set it up, they cleaned after themselves.
I've done 3 or 4 workouts, platform is amazing very easy to navigate, bike is great, tried peloton at a friends house, no way is worth over a thousand $$$ more...definitely not regretting so far.

I need help and cannot get it. My heart rate monitor is not syncing and I am trying to figure out how to get a cadence monitor but cannot get an answer. ridiculous and now if the bike breaks I can see from the community I will be out of luck.

MYX fitness classes and instructors are great but the hardware is awful. Mine arrived damaged and they made me jump through hoops to get replacement pieces.

Now 6 months along, my heart rate monitor has stopped working. It has been 10 days of back and forth with them trying to get a replacement but they keep making me send pictures, videos, and try repeated troubleshooting steps that don't work.

For a company that promotes health and exercise they make it awfully hard to get a work out in. Also, no refunds for the time lost.

Do Not Buy.

Although it seems like a great deal and a quality bike I assure you it is not. After a month of issues with the bike ranging from petals being broken, horrible clunking noises and lack of a resistance power number during classes (you just get to guess how much resistance you should be on) I have decided to return the bike.

We worked with the maintenance team to rectify these problems with no resolution and now the return process is a joke. They keep emailing me about connecting me to maintenance.... like maybe its an automated system that is not even smart enough to understand or

My bike was delivered last week damaged. No one is responding to my requests for help after so have provided the order # and pictures of the damage. Now I'm upset that I didn't check Yelp first. When I created an account before the bike arrived to start using some of the services there was an issue. Their IT department was extremely responsive and got everything ironed out. But now that I have an issue with the bike itself, there is radio silence. If I don't have a response by the end of the business day today, I am going to return it and buy the peloton. I ordered a bike at the end of August. It is now mid November. I have had a delivery scheduled 5 different times, but they continue to cancel and reschedule. It's nearly impossible to speak to anyone and when I do they are unable to help. I just want to cancel my order at this point.
But I am unable to do even that as they do not respond to my emails.
I would NEVER recommend this company. It has the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE! I bought the bike on 10/6. The order came wrong last week and this week it came wrong again. XPO, the delivery company, is keeping telling me I refused the order, but knowing it came wrong. Every time I call them they give me a different answer, two days ago they told me they will delivery the parts in 24 hours I should receive everything. Today I am calling them and they are saying the order is closed because I have received and I should figure out and call the store.

I purchased my bike from MYX in July 2020. I received it in October 2020, and it immediately did not work, as the tablet would not turn on. I had to contact them via Facebook messenger for help. After a few weeks, I finally had a working bike. This was a poor impression as a new customer.
In January 2021, the bike was making a loud clicking noise and someone from CORE fitness (a local company) had to come to service the bike. When he came to service it, he said the bike was also missing a barring and it was causing it to be very loud, so he ordered this part which was originally missing from

Please DO NOT BUY from this company. I ordered a bike back in july. when they came to instill it it would not turn no so i declined delivery. now no one is answering emails or phone calls so that i can get a refund. Horrible company. I will be filing a company with the BBB.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I very rarely Ieave reviews, however, MYX Fitness deserves a negative one. I am very, very disappointed in this company and I feel it's all a scam. I ordered a bike back on Sept. 23, 2021 and have never received it. It just kept telling me 'It's on it's way...' The delivery company has NO record of me OR any of my info, but yet Affirm the finance company says I have to pay. This is so ridiculous and I am beyond upset because when I email the company, they have some excuse and say there's no way to stop the order and it's on

Do your self a favor and buy from someone else. Customer service is non existent. They say they will call you back and nothing happens. It is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Read the one star reviews. They are accurate.

Worst customer service ever! They changed their platform abs now I'm being charged twice a month for a total of $60 a month! They do not answer abs they do not respond and you cannot cancel. It just keeps coming out of my account no matter what! I'm so angry ! Shame on this scam of a company

I love this bike and all the programs it has ,when it was delivered there was parts missing but they promptly sent what was missing and had a service man come to my house in shorter time then expected they have been amazing

You get what you pay for with Myx Fitness. I should have bought the Peloton. Myx Fitness has NO customer service present. I have been working with the following members via email: Kristina and Sommer. My bike does not connect to the wifi and we have established my tablet is not working. All my other devices have connected and are within us. Myx fitness has given me the run around and has not been supportive as I've started my inquiry to fix my issue on 6/6/2021. It's 6/18/21. I just purchased a bike on Sunday during the big Father's Day sale. And then on Tuesday the exact same bike that I purchased went an additional $75 off. When I Emailed the company to see if they would honor the additional discount I was told "We are able to honor promotional codes within 24 hours of purchasing. We do apologize but we see that you placed your order June 20th, so we are unable to apply the current promotion to your order". But since the sale ended on a Sunday and the new promotion came up Tuesday, no one would been able to get the new price honored. Disappointed in the customer service

Great content, but not worth it due to a buggy platform and terrible customer service. The bike is sturdy and the content is fun and supportive, but those two pros are not enough to overcome the downsides. I had repeated issues with pairing the HR monitor (which is necessary to go with their content), pairing headphones, and the sound going up and down. Their platform also crashed from time to time and required me to login again over and over. But the worst part was their customer service. Every email or call is like starting over again. They only gave generic advice like to unplug the bike even

I think the MYX bike is mighty fine, and I do like its sturdiness. I've yet to do a whole workout yet. But I will. Looking forward to it. Totally! The delivery service is another story, but MYX reassured me on that count. That is, MYX customer service was very responsive...even on the weekend! Thanks!

After much research, I settled on the MYX Fitness bike. It was affordable and the quality is great. The bike is sturdy and I love the swivel screen. Buying a MYX fitness bike is one of my best investments ever! I love every ride and I really like all the instructors. They are precise in their instructions and have helped me improve vastly!

I have never called in and hear that no one answers the phone. Would recommend that the company have a contact no. Having said that, I typically email MYX if there is a question or issue and I typically get a response within 24 hours.

Prior to COVID, the only thing that got me to exercise was working out with a trainer, who kept me accountable. After three months of lockdown (and weight gain), I realized that wouldn't be an option for a while, so I began researching options that would work as well.

I settled on the MYX bike over the Peloton because of its price and the reviews that indicated that the quality was equal or better - and I'm so glad I did. The bike is great, the coaches are excellent, and I am actually using it 5-7 days a week (which I could not afford to do when I was paying a trainer $50 a session)

Good luck if you need to call in or email to try and reach a human. For the third time today (and 8th time since I have owned the bike----less than 2 months), I have been on hold for over 40 mins.

Any equally annoying is the fact that they have the automated "on hold" message repeat every 4 seconds......which is really enough to make you consider jumping off a ledge.

I received my stationary bike on Nov 2nd. My complaint with the company is they have a sticker on the monitor that doesn't peel off! I'm unable to sign up for the monthly subscription because of the residue the sticker obscured the monitor display! What company use stickers to place on an LCD monitor that is expensive $1500! Can't use it! You can't reach the company to talk about your complaint or inquiry how to get the sticker off without damaging the monitor! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I should have went with BOWFLEX!

Received my bike this week and it's awesome! It was delivered a week early and the delivery team were fast setting up the monitor and waited to confirm it all worked. The monitor is amazing.
I've taken 4 classes and the coaches were terrific! The floor classes are good also. Can't say enough about what a great experience I've had with everyone at MYX fitness.

We have to add to the complaints below. The unit and system are actually very cool. Good classes and concepts
The customer service is brutal. They use the excuse of "high volume and they'll talk to us soon" They do NOT respond. It's unacceptable that there is no published phone number. We searched and found a phone number where there is a recording saying we're busy but will get back to you.....or "stay on the line". We have been on HOLD for over 3 hours now as we write this review.
The monitor bracket was bent on delivery which can happen but

My friend ordered this as a birthday gift for me. After waiting for over 10 weeks, finally received it. Right after the delivery people left, I found several cracks on the handle and back the screen. Emailed them immediately, they promised they would look into this, then went dark. I reached out them on facebook, after provided the pictures and info. They went dark again. Really upset right now. Not sure what I can do.
