Through video chat I get to know you and your fitness goals. I create custom workout plans to get you there, and we can have virtual training sessions at convenient times. Through a combination of phone calls, text and video chat, I provide virtual fitness training services to clients nationwide. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, improve your posture and coordination, I work closely with you to achieve your fitness goals. We begin with an initial consultation, and from there I create workout plans for you.
SGT presents the opportunity for people to experience the benefits of the creativity and motivation of a trainer at a lower price point than a private 1 on 1 training session. More personal attention - While Group Exercise offers many benefits, the instructors are not always able to see and correct each individual class member.
Hit your desired fitness goals easier with customized exercise plans designed for your lifestyle and current fitness level. After the week is up, we can have another consultation to see how it went and adjust the next week's plan accordingly. I customize exercise plans for the month. After each month we evaluate your progress and you level up with a new exercise plan.

Training with Jhonnatan has been a great experience. He's enthusiastic, energetic, and always positive. You can tell that he genuinely believes in you and your ability to improve and achieve your goals. Even with gyms closed and clients staying safely at home, he hasn't let that stop his clients' progress. He knows just how much to push so that you work hard and feel proud after every workout. Best Personal Trainer you could ask for!! Very motivating and inspiring every class I have taken. He keeps you moving and on your game. So positive and uplifting he gives you that extra push to feel better about yourself. He also takes the time to check in with you and treats you like a friend not just a client. If you get the chance just try 1 work out with him and I guarantee you will be hooked!
