Kind of overpriced. Not willing to meet you half way to break rent.
Paper thin walls, floors, and ceilings. Some of the appliances and the toilet where pretty beat up when I arrived(Had the maintenance repair them). Number 1 THING I DO NOT LIKE is that they allow tenants to smoke on porches. I had COVID recently and it does not help my cause when sitting out on the porch. I will contact the RPM agency soon to get that policy redacted. There should be a designated smoking pit at least 25 feet away from the apts. It should be a fire code policy in this jurisdiction.

Living here is equivalent to spending an outrageous amount of money to live with roaches and unclaimed screaming children. Neither of which you wanted, but you still have to deal with. The main office claims the prices have jumped more than 20% of market value since last year because of the housing market, yet this is an apartment complex that's already paid for.

All staff, office and maintenance are Angels to me. A death in the family sent me down to Yulee's Courtney Isles Apts. to take care of business on my brothers passing and what a blessing they all were, never have I been treated so kindly down to the "yes sirs, to what can I do for you". One example I was taking my trash out to the dumpster when maintenance saw me walking towards it and offered to take it for me What respect and dedication to this mans job. A beautiful place to live, If and when, that's my choice to live. I just love these people, and my sincere thankyou to all.

If I could leave this place less then 1 star i would. Also if you live here or plan too I sure hope your apartment doesn’t have a mold problem, we have called multiple times about the condensation build up and mold they sent someone up once to spray our windows, after a few days the condensation built back up and not just a little it was basically covering the entire window seal, the window seal in the spare bedroom is already loose from the wall I’m guessing from previous build up and it feel wet and we also let the office know and the maintenance man who sprayed the windows, this is the 3rd
