The manager (Josh) and I may not always see eye to eye on the lease but he has a very professional way of explaining the lease in easy to understand detail. He is patient with listening and talking and finds ways to work out solutions with residents not just being an " Apartment manager" as we have seen other places. We have loved living here.

My experience at Integra River Run, I am please to say was a great. Chad has the qualities that person needs to interact with others also has the capabilities to relate the individual concerns in regards to the complex community. Integra River Run has a lot to offer and plus it is beautiful makes a person to be enthusiastic and delighted to be a part of the community.

I come every February to visit my sister and l decided to move from Chicago to Jacksonville and me and my sister had been looking for a place for me and her because she was moving also and we found Integra River Run, the employees were very nice and very helpful but the main person who we dealt with was Chad, he was very patient because I think we came about 6 or 7 times looking at the models and measurementing things to make sure what we bought would fit and Chad was great he just said ok let’s do it , no matter how many times we came he was ok with it, so yes l will tell my friends about him

My wife absolutely hates the heat and I hate having to hear her complain about it. Unfortunately for me, the central air was not functioning properly when the heat wave started to rear its face. Luckily, there are some great employees that work at our apartment complex. One of my favorites is Jimmy. He is hard working, knowledgeable of his craft and very professional. He was able to fix it in no time. I normally do not do reviews and this is about 4 months past due, but I have seen his work firsthand and wanted to say thank you. Keep doing a great job because it is appreciated!

This place is crazy. They are making us pay over 300 for dirty carpet after living there for over a year with a baby. And leaving cleaning supplies, tissue, and they took a picture of the bathtub with nothing wrong with it. Not giving back the deposit was enough but charging basically for living is a problem. And another problem was that we complained more then once about the neighbors being loud every night after quiet time with a loud(sounds like he is dying) dog barking all the time.

I move in during the heart of Covid-19 and the sales person I worked with was amazing! It was such a crazy time to move but I started a new job and Chad made my move here so smooth! Everything was in order for me to move in without and keep in mind this was without even meeting him in person. I have met him now in person and love this place!

First day we moved in our vehicle got its window broke and contents stolen (management said sorry no cameras and the ones we have weren’t working). When we moved out people stole boxes out of the moving truck while we were actively loading it. After management gets your money and you sign a contract their kindness disappears. Don’t expect your trash to be picked up, or at least on a regular basis. Hopefully you end up with good neighbors who are quite and don’t steal your packages. Don’t be surprised if the gate doesn’t work, the pool is closed, the grills don’t light or the gym is

From the tour to the actual move-in, our experience has been wonderful. We have had the pleasure of having Sam Saunders handle everything we need and she has made moving in as smooth and stress-free as possible. Not to mention the community is great! Fair price, great amenities, friendly staff, very safe, and great community feel-also, lots of shopping near by!

My father had been in a coma and on life support due to Covid. With the hopes that he would survive, my family decided he needed to be moved to live closer to me so that I could help him with his future care as he is 72. By the grace of God, he survived, but has spent the last month recovering at the Mayo and is now spending another month at a… rehab center to learn how to walk and eat again.
While this is all happening, My sisters and I have been making arrangements to get him a new apartment with my POA.

I lived here for a year and from the moment I moved in I had issues. The floor walls are so thin you can hear everything. The persons door opening and closing. Then talking( not yelling, talking) you can hear their sink water running and the shower running. It almost feels like you have no privacy. I moved out in June. It was difficult to reach… anyone around that time because of the COVID they had closed the office. I called and texted and emailed and got no response. As a resident you have a patient portal so once I moved out I was able to still log into my portal and see the move out

We lived here for a year, and although the front staff is friendly it is basically impossible to get ahold of anyone. When we first moved in, the drains didn’t work in the shower and the water smelled TERRIBLE. We were told someone just moved out, but if that was the case it wouldn’t have smelled that way. There were multiple occasions where we had… trash issues. I tried at least 3 times to reach out because we would wake up and trash was everywhere because they didn’t pick it up and an animal would get into it. Never heard from them. In early March we put in a maintenance

All I can say is if you rent here rent on the top floor, it’s worth the extra $15. This is the 3rd family moved above me since I’ve been here since opening and it’s literally pure torture. You Will Hear Everything & not to mention things in my cabinet shaking alllllll day. I’ve even had company look up to the ceiling disgusted. I try to drown the… noise out with tv or music but then I myself would become a nuisance to my neighbor below me. Who wants to live like that all day every day and have a inconsiderate military neighbor like that? I’ve complained

This place was one of the nicest places in the area for the first year. At the beginning of year two, we renewed our lease and management was constantly changing. I could not be more disappointed with the new management. The front office staff are rude as hell, and forget it if you ask for any maintenance items to be completed. We asked for touch… up paint multiple times, and was told that they would deliver it to our apartment. The paint never showed up. Upon move out, they will charge you a bunch of ridiculous move out fees that I have NEVER been charged when leaving another community

We have been here for 6 months and the location is perfect for what we need. Close to the highway and various stores and restaurants. 3 minutes from the airport if you go the back way and avoid airport Blvd.
The staff are friendly, helpful, and remember you by name. I tend to not go but I know that the community center often hosts events for… tenants. The gym and pool areas are both clean and well designed and the community in general feels new and well built.

We love our apartment so much, it is the perfect size for our family. The bathrooms are really spacious there is tons of storage/cabinet space and the big island in the kitchen is my favorite for cooking! We… also LOVE the front office staff Kay and Taylor have practically become family. My daughter insists on going to see them every day to get a sucker or snack and they always make her feel so special. Also the events for residents are always so fun! It’s nice to occasionally have something fun to do and not have to go far to get there! I’m so glad we chose Integra River Run

Love this apartment. One thing I really wanted, that I was lacking in my previous apartment, was SPACE! This apartment has plenty. I am in a 2/2 and cannot be more thrilled with the high ceilings, storage space, screened in patios, new appliances, lighting, USB outlets, kitchen island, etc. Not to mention the big elevator which is a lifesaver… during a move! The staff is very friendly and always helpful. This is a new apartment complex so there is still a lot of construction going on but it will be done in due time. Overall, I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. So happy Integra River
