I lived here for almost 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Megan, Heather, Dylan, and Jimmy were always willing to help with whatever I needed. If I ever need to work in St. Marys, GA again I will definitely stay there.

We lived here for about a year and it was actually quite nice. Not renovated but something you can call home. I would get an ADA compliant apartment if they have one available as the layout is much better.

Well first off, the staff is really generous and patient. I only had to call them twice just to ask a question since my time living there. As for the neighborhood itself, is very quiet due to the fact it's in the back on its own. The neighbors are very quiet as well. I noticed there were some comments about the walls being thin, however due to the fact that I live stream and record YouTube videos sometimes I can get loud and I even asked my neighbors have they heard anything and they've all said no. So if anyone was worried about noise, you should be good unless you're deliberately trying to disturb

We lived here a year. Office staff was always helpful and professional. The complex itself was mostly quiet. The only complaint I had was the excessive weed smoking in our building. But overall we had a pleasant experience. Thank you!

Really affordable place!👍🏻 Any issues we had were dealt with ASAP with a fast response from Megan and the nicest maintenance crew ever that offered to help any day or time if we needed. The kitchen is huge also, which is a big thing for me (my favorite part was how they were smart enough to have the wall connect to the counter behind the sink so it’s virtually impossible to damage it with any water). I’m gonna miss it so much. Along with the huge spaces everywhere to be able to walk your dogs and very little foot traffic so if you have an anxious pup it’s great for them to be able to

I've been here since May. Management was very helpful with the moving process during a pandemic. I've had issues with bugs and water leaks from upstairs. Management has variable results in responding to resolving those and additional issues. The upstairs neighbors typically have their young children up until the early morning hours. Everyone in the area seems to be pretty nice, including the manager and staff. There are some areas that have smelled like skunk weed (front entrance apartments and some toward the back end of lighthouse reach).
