I’ve addressed a problem to management about The dog park that gate gets barely touched and swings wide open causing my dog to get out multiple times. I’ve told them several times over the past year. The entrance gates are left wide open during the day and to top it off our truck was stolen from here. Do not Recommend.

The maintenance guy Brandon is super awesome. He’s extremely polite, helpful and willing to lend a helping hand when needed. He alone deserves 5 stars and only reason it is getting 2 stars instead of 1 star.
The apartments are roomy and up to date, however, I cannot say with 100% they are professionally cleaned between renters, it falls on the tenants to clean prior to move-out. Our dogs were infested with fleas throughout the duration of our rental and not sure of the source. We treated our dogs and apt, we asked for the dog park to be treated multiple times and I was informed that the pest

I have lived at The Beach House ,for over 5 years now. I love the complex and the safety. But most of all the office staff. Especially Jo. She has been there each time I renewed my lease. The most knowledgeable ,and friendly person I have dealt with here. And they are all great. But Jo stands out because any issues I have ever had she always handled with great efficiency . I have lived here for two years and have absolutely loved it! This is my first time ever living in an apartment and it’s been a great experience. My apartment is very modern and spacious and I have always had a quick response from the maintenance people who are very kind and knowledgeable. We recently acquired a new office manager who is very friendly and on top of keeping the complex in tip top shape.

From the first day I met the team, they have been friendly, helpful and always there for me. My one bedroom is spacious, well maintained and only 15 minutes from the Fernandina Beach Coffee shop where everyone who stops by is friendly - even the dogs.

Brandon Harvill maintenance has been very receptive and willing to help. We have had a few requests and when asked about them, he provided timely feedback. Anything not completed he has given a timeframe for completion. In his defense, the company needs to hire more maintenance crew to support the needs of this large complex. Complex is pet friendly, nice pool and clean. Would also like to see the main center open for use by tenants after office hours. More staff needed to keep it open after six.

As a military family, we have lived in a lot different places, this place is by far the best apartment complex we’ve ever lived in. We were pleasantly impressed with our move in experience during a pandemic, transitioning out of the military, and renting our apartment from out of state. These ladies couldn’t have made it any more easier on us! Sabrina, Almitrius, Kelli and Jo in the office are phenomenal to work with. The maintenance crew, Ron, Tony & are just as awesome, and always takes care of our work orders quickly and efficiently! It is so family friendly, clean, and beautifully updated
