I love love love this salon for many reasons
1) I've had my hair done by AJ like 3-4 times now and every time I leave looking and feeling amazing!
2) He is super knowledgeable about hair and always gives me exactly what I ask for, he is the perfect blend of fun and professional
3) the music is always on point and it's a really friendly and relaxing environment, I've never felt pressured to buy any extra products or add any treatments

The atmosphere in Salon Eleven is professional, simple and inviting. I am beyond picky with where I do my hair, but I recently moved to Atlanta and gave this salon a shot. Since then, I have not gone anywhere else and couldn't be happier with my hair. Additonally, I recommended this salon to 4 of my friends, and even they have praised this salon. I would literally reccomend this place to anyone and everyone!

Very disappointed in AJ's professionalism when I called back dissatisfied with my haircut. TL;DR: I asked for long layers, gave a reference, and specified I can lose 1-2 inches in length. He cut off twice that, at least, and argued with me when I called back to resolve. End result looks nothing like what I requested.

I loved everything about Eleven Hair Salon - the location (parking nearby, the friendly staff, clean establishment, etc).
Katrina (my stylist) did a great job with my keratin treatment and made what is normally a long and sometimes tedious process, quite enjoyable.
I plan on getting future keratin treatments here and I may just have everything done at this salon.
Once again - so glad I found this salon!!

Budi did a great job styling my shoulder length hair into an updo. 5000 bobby-pins later, (lol)and a lot of hair spray, I had a very sophisticated and beautiful up-do. Budi would definitely be my stylist if I lived in the area. He is easy to talk with, has a great sense of humor and is very professional. (Not to forget- he is a fabulous hairdresser)

The best experience I've ever had at a hair salon! (I created a Yelp account just so I could create this review). AJ is not only an expert (I saw him for Keratin treatment) but he is also one of the sweetest, most fun people to hang out with. He really listened to what I wanted, and then gave me super thorough instructions for caring for my hair post-treatment. He also went way out of his way to help me deal with a parking validation issue (long story). Point is, definitely go to this salon: you are in amazing hands. I will definitely be going back for a cut and color, and will be recommending

I'm about to break down for you why this place is BOMB. 1) AJ absolutely bodied my hair. I told him exactly what I wanted, and I have never had a hair stylist before give me exactly what I asked for. The color was perfectly done as to what I described to him, I didn't even have a photo reference and he showed up!!!!

I decided to try out a new hair salon that was closer to home and after seeing all the good reviews for this place, I decided to try it out. I had Amanda as my stylist and she was super sweet and personable and helped me figure out what I wanted/needed for my hair. Parking is in the garage next door and it's validated. Super easy process, will definitely make this place my regular

Will definitely be returning in the future! I have gotten my hair colored 4 times, and Budi is 1 of 2 stylists who actually gave me the color I wanted (and without a picture needed)! He was so pleasant to talk to and took great care in his work. He gave my hair a much needed cut, and I’ve gotten a ton of compliments ever since.
Edit: Went back a second time and Budi killed it again! Perfect cut and color!

Was recommended to see Amanda by my BFF... what a coincidence, my hair stylist from NOLA for 13Yrs was also named Amanda:-)
Making an appt to see her was so EZ & I got in to see her in less than a wk (maybe due to CoVid environment).
Parking* is validated & it's covered parking;-) Unfortunately, although Amanda gave me a sticker to place on my parking pass, I was still charged $12.00 to exit. Not sure Y... that's besides the point tho;-)

If you're like me, you've walked or driven by this salon many times. It wasn't until last night when I decided on a whim when it was time to get a haircut that I decided to make the jump.
Their website is super easy to use and book on - even in less than 12 hours like I did. Budi's appointment availability worked best with my schedule...
And I am so, so, so glad! He was honest, kind, full of helpful suggestions, and great with conversation. He helped me decide what was best for my face shape and also best for someone super low maintenance like me. ;)

If you didn't know it before, you know it now. Stefanie is a magician!! She worked some serious MAGIC on my grown-out highlights. She is also incredibly methodical and ensures you walk out with EXACTLY what you asked for. I visited once, and I am hooked! I have no doubt in her ability to help me achieve unique color goals. She also gives great upkeep advice.

I told my stylist that I wasn't happy with my hair color when she was done (2 weeks before my wedding). She was my regular stylist I'd been to for over a year.
She just said that it would be difficult to fit me in in time before the holidays and did not offer to see me after hours or anything.
I made another appointment during my lunch break (for which I'd have to use PTO) and then my appointment was canceled with no warning via email.
Completely unprofessional.

Alright SO, this is probably the closest hair place I have to my apartment. And while it's a bit on the pricier side than what I'm used to, I needed a haircut before going to a wedding. I guess that's what I get for living in Midtown huh? They were able to get me in the same day though, which was great. I was assigned to Lani. I came in, met Lani, who is absolutely the sweetest. Short story: I wanted blond highlights. They burned my hair to the point that right now it's coming apart and I still had to pay $175.
Long story: I have a lot of thick, dark hair and I wanted to get some light silver highlights. I was told that they would have to bleach my hair and then put a toner in. Alright. Foil placement took over 2h, so you can imagine that by that time I had bleach in some parts of my hair for 2h. After they washed it, my hair was literally coming apart. I almost couldn't believe it. I told them that my hair is burned, and they said no, it's just the ends and they offered

Finally found a stylist that knows how to work with my super thick, coarse hair! Melissa was amazing. She first consulted me on the look I was going for, then did a wash with a massage, and worked her magic with the shears and blow dryer.
She managed to keep my length (I like to keep my hair long enough to tie up for quick days), while also getting rid of SO MUCH WEIGHT! My hair gets sooooo heavy, but now it's wonderfully light and easy to manage. Her technique was flawless, and fun to watch!

I've been researching various salons through metro Atlanta, but this place takes the cake. It's close by so traffic wouldn't be an issue. Booked an appointment for an ombré balayage and haircut service. For new customers, there's $55 for $100 Yelp deal!
