Services
We recommend scheduling a complementary consultation if you have any questions/concerns about a future service. All "color correction" services require a consultation, in salon, to best understand the current state and goal for your color service. The Classic Treatment will last up to 5 months on average.

I have been going to salon modello for a couple years now and the service there is always professional and welcoming. Spero Sandouk is an excellent stylist. He will always execute whatever you have planned for your hair with precision and attention to detail. If you want to be a bit creative, he's great for that too! He has a great sense of shape and is especially good with curly hair. I've been going to him for upwards of 3 years and will continue to see him for as long as I can.

I recently have had two very unsatisfactory hair color appointments here. I first did not receive the color I wanted and then at my rebooked appointment to correct my hair, the stylist said he didn't have time for me. I am extremely disappointed by the handling of this, as I brought it to the salon's attention first privately to get the service rebooked, just to have the stylist be rude to me and not complete the appointment. I have spent over $1,500 at this salon was expecting to come even more frequently with the new color, but now don't trust Salon Modello to treat me fairly. If you are looking

I cannot say enough great things about Salon Modello and my colorist, Emily. I have been trying for over 5 years now to get my color to be the perfect deep purple and not a single salon could do it, until I came to Emily at Salon Modello. She is truly a wizard with color and has not only made my color beyond perfect, but she is mindful of the health of my hair and always trying to make sure it stays healthy and shiny. We have also experiminted with some different colors and it am just obsessed! She is insanely talented and truly listens to her clients. Not to mention, she is just an awesome person

I hope I was just there on an off day, but I didn’t have a good experience. Everyone was very friendly and nice, the salon is clean and comfortable, and I felt safe Covid-wise. My sister sees a different stylist there and has a great experience with her. However, the back of my boyfriend’s t-shirt was bleached accidentally while his stylist was doing his hair. No one told him and when I saw it and exclaimed in surprise “oh no, your shirt is ruined!”, no one working there said anything in reply or offered apologies. I've been coming to Salon Modello for 3 years now, and have had a great experience every time. My hair is long (down to my butt long) and haircuts always scare me. I used to see Ren, but since she left I needed to switch to a new stylist. Sarah does such a good job. When I say I just want to trim, I only get a trim. She does such a good job shaping and styling my hair but I walk out without feeling like I've sacrificed my length. The salon is always clean and reception staff is always kind. Definitely recommend!

It was my first time getting a balayege and my first haircut since November 2019. I am so pleased with the results and the service. Sarah Webb did an awesome job with my hair and answered all my hair-care questions. She was also extremely patient with my very specific bangs related request. I booked an appointment a week out for a partial foil and a haircut with Salon Modello's stylist Sarah. Sunday the 23rd I receive a text to confirm my appt for Tuesday 25th @1pm which I confirmed & received a thank you text for doing so. On the morning of my appt at 10:07 a.m., I receive an appt. reminder with a "see you soon" ending. After all that I receive a call that my appt is now scratched last minute after a week's wait & several appt confirmations & reminders, so Sarah can "accommodate her current clientele!" I paid $100 for a haircut which looked great when I left, but I prefer my hair straight which I told the stylist. After getting home and styling it several times I noticed there are multiple pieces that are noticeably longer on both sides of my head. I asked if they could fix and it they want to charge me full price again. In my opinion that’s pretty terrible customer service. I had great service in the past but it seems to have gone down hill unfortunately.

I got my haircut by Sarah and am absolutely in love with it! I don't know a lot about hair and only showed up with a couple of photos of things I liked, told her that I'm very low maintenance and gave her a length and let her do her thing-- I could not be happier! Sarah took all of these ideas into consideration and gave me a haircut I would never have thought of on my own. The salon itself was bright and warm, Vanessa was very friendly and welcoming, and overall I had a great experience.

Front desk lady, Vanessa, was super sweet and made me feel very welcome. Super cute salon and very upbeat vibe. I got my hair cut by the owner, Aaron, and he was super sweet. After moving away from Atlanta and going to another salon (a disaster), nowhere compares to Salon Modello -- especially Deyonna, so I'm writing this review to let people know how amazing they are. In eight years of dyeing my black hair blonde, Deyonna has truly been the greatest! Words can't explain how much confidence she would give me whenever I walked out, and how much she would put me at ease whenever I was there. To be honest, confidence is alway something I struggled with, but she always knew how to make me feel so beautiful on the outside and inside. I would 1000% recommend

I had my first experience at Salon Modello this morning and it was amazing. They were so friendly and offered me something to drink. Sarah did my hair and she is a gem. I have never had a better cut and color. She was very thorough and even talked with me about how to maintain color. I appreciate the time she took to talk with me. The sweet girl at the desk even hugged me at the end and I loved it.

In general, very cool salon, love the decorations, original and not cookie cutter, I love walking in and being offered wine by the friendly staff.
Like all salons the real reason for a great review is it's stylists. This one goes out to Madison in particular. A true artist who really understands a person and what their going for with their hair, themselves and their vibe. She's also great to talk to.
I've been here twice and seen her both times and both times I loved my hair cut and so did many others. Non stop compliments with her work always! This last time we did something

I just moved to Atlanta a few months ago and was really slow on finding a new hair salon. I am not very "with it" when it comes to hair but I'm still very particular about my hair. I had a salon that I loved in Austin and had vowed to never go anywhere else, but now that my beloved salon is over 14 hours away, I needed to be a little more flexible. I just moved to Atlanta and was in search of a salon. Went in on a Sunday to visit with a stylist and see if it was a good fit. Very friendly and helpful staff. I ended up talking to Sarah and made an appointment with her the following Saturday.
During my appointment she answered all of my questions and was very confident she could achieve the look I wanted. I had a half balayage done with toner put in and was VERY pleased with the results.
Loved Sarah and will definitely be returning!

Thank you Ashley for a super cute bang trim! It's so hard to find a good spot to get the bang trim you want. She knew how to do a nice trim while dealing with my cowlick. Complimentary with a haircut! I'll be back!
UPDATE: Returned for a full cut with Caitlin and very happy! Had a nice wine and relaxing time. She really knows and loves hair and did a great job putting some waves in my hair (that never keeps a curl). She really took her time to listen as well. I wanted a trim and a little bit of a modern fresh look to my style. Thanks ladies!

If you're looking for an amazing color or cut, this is the place to go. I love my hair, Jazz did an amazing job.
I honestly didn't even know what I wanted when I walked in, but somehow she read my mind and worked her magic. This salon has a great atmosphere , good vibes. Not to mention, my hair is on the curly/dark side, so I'm really astounded by the vivid colors she was able to apply. Super talented, and also very sweet (hard to find both!). Even though I'm a native new Yorker, I would totally make the trip for a new-do with her! And what I love the most was her excitement

I just moved here about 2 months ago and I've been going to the same person for 17 years (Typing that makes me feel old!) clearly I was nervous about trying somewhere new and allowing someone else to even touch my hair.
I have thick, coarse hair and it requires special, how would I say this, taming. You can't cut it like everyone else's. I looked here, on yelp, and came across this salon. it was right around the corner from me and in an area I liked.
There's street parking but also 2 other lots you can park in. I parked in the lot closer to the beltline with zero issues

I decided to give this place a try because of all the amazing yelp reviews and I'm glad I did. I made an appointment with Reese to do a full balayage. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I wanted water or anything to drink (I love when salons do that, gives you a good vibe right off the bat). Everyone was super nice, especially Reese. Took his time with my hair and even did a little photo shoot after.
The work done truly was amazing, however when I got home I realized I wanted it a bit blonder. I called the salon and they were very understanding. They booked me with Reese again

I've been to Jackie a few times and every time she does a FANTASTIC job. It's hard to find someone who can 1. Actually straighten my hair 2. Cut it properly 3. Not charge me $200.
You can tell from the get-go that she is professionally trained and knows what she is doing. As much as I want to keep her my little secret, she does a fantastic job and should be recognized. Thanks Jackie!
