He enjoys traveling, techno music, and during football season you can count on him cheering on the Pittsburgh Steeler with friends and family. As a traveling HairStylist, Amanda has spent 10 years in Texas and even Montana. Basing out of Dallas, one of her passions is fashion colors, expressing people's personalities.

I scheduled an appointment with Heather and I am beyond happy that I did. She took the time to listen and really get a feel for my hair texture and what I wanted to achieve with my haircut as my hair was also very damaged. She did amazing and I would gladly go see her again!

I’m absolutely in love with this place. My friend referred me to it a while back because she had a great experience so I went today for the first time and I don’t think I will ever go to anyone else. Candice is truly an incredible hair stylist! She sat with me and really tried to get a good understanding about what I wanted to do with my hair. The end result was perfect. She achieved a beautiful color and cut with a perfect blow out. Her and Bailey (the assistant) are great I would recommend anyone visit her!

I was looking online for great hair salons and saw this one had really good ratings. I went inside with my sister to book a appointment. I came in with a smile and said hi to everyone and they looked away from me . It took 10 mins for a woman who by the way was not with a client, comes to me with a really bad attitude . I felt that this place was very racist because I am Hispanic and didn’t feel welcome. The man said he will message me his availability and never did. Worst experience in my life.

Full service hair salon and barber. Fellas, I've been seeing owner Xris Bermudez for the better part of 8 years and I would not trust anyone else with my fade or shave. Nested just outside of the Main St. & Elm St. strips, come for a cut and also check out all the unique art and decor hanging on the walls.

I went here to get my hair colored, based on my friends results and recommendation to see Stephanie. My gosh-- She's amazing! First off, the fact they have their own parking lot is awesome, street parking is such a chore but no need to worry here! Secondly, Stephanie listened to what I was thinking of doing & offered suggestions and showed me examples of tones that would best suit my skin tone. She worked some magic for sure! My dull, lifeless locks were brought back to life by her and I will definitely be returning!! The salon is super cozy, the decor is amazing and i highly recommend

2nd I asked if anyone does ethnic hair... The co owner Stephanie not only had experience with natural ethnic hair but had an immediate open slot! A++

I walked out of there a new woman! Thank you Stephanie for being so easy to talk to and walking me through my options! I'll be back soon!

I booked an appointment based on her work showcased on Instagram. Usually I'm very nervous about any major hair changes, but I was totally confident in her hands! Seriously, I feel like Haiya is THE best of the best as far as curly hairstylist go.
The entire process was around an hour and I was left with hydrated curls and a great haircut. I feel like a new person!! Haiya was extremely professional, chill, and kind!
She walked me through the entire process, educated me on how to maintain my curls at home, & recommended I come back in

YouTube info on naturally curly hair is so overwhelming I just need someone to handle it for me. Ain't nobody got time for 50 shades of curly hair.

I love this place! I've been coming here since it opened and I love the atmosphere and attitude of the place. Whenever I'm coming to get my hair done, it feels like I'm amongst friends as the size is perfect and a great contrast to snooty salons around town. Super professional with a blitz of millennium rock star attitude. The art is always on point and the music just gets you ready to feel amazing after your cut and/or color. Steph is AMAZING!!! I haven't colored my hair in about 3 years, but Steph is an absolute wizard-- we went for the sun-kissed beach look, and her technique made my hair look and feel so natural!! She is also an absolute gem of a human being and takes real joy in getting everything just right for you. Ahh, after losing my hair stylist of 5 years due to my relocation to Dallas, I've tried multiple places and stylists. I became reluctant to find a decent stylist for the last few months, but I never felt extremely satisfied with a cut since the move.
Finally, I was recommended to this great place and got scheduled with Xris. It was super easy to set up an appointment and the place was really easy to find! I went in with no expectations and wanted to start my haircut to go in a new direction for a different style.

I hit up a coworker about his hair stylist, because I couldn't find anyone in the many local places near me who could seem to grasp what I was shooting for, despite googling hair styling terms and showing them pictures. He sent me to Xris at Ellum.
I live in Lewisville, so it's about a 40 minute drive each way, so I was a little reluctant, but I went in an he nailed it, exactly what I was looking for. Now, I happily make the drive down to see him, I'm set with him.
The salon is always immaculate, and has great music and a nice atmosphere. Everyone who works there is super friendly

I cannot say enough good things about this hair studio. I'm new to the Dallas area and needed a new stylist badly. I hadn't had a professional cut in years--one too many bad experiences led me to cutting my own hair for a long time.
