Be sure to read literally everything when applying. If not they'll mention $75 non refundable admin and app fee, and $150 deposit to hold your apartment that's refundable it you dont get approved. Cool, but fail to verbally say, ita not refundable any other time. Then blame it on you for not reading section what ever. Though they had no problem mentions everything else. Other place's you can usually get it back regardless. After move out for example. The apartment wasn't even available yet and I'd been on the waitlist, so what did they lose. $150 and $75 nonrefundable. Don't do it unless your bags

I've lived here for about a year. Staff seems unconcerned. Found mold or mildew in all of my air vents. Have runny nose and congestion ever since I've been here. They would not give me the number to corporate office. Their trying to keep it in house. Also I had a spider problem, told them about it and they said that I'm the only one that's complaining about. Wasn't complaining, just wanted them to know. Not rating them. Have to to finish post.

Very close friends of mine live here. I would give 0 stars. When the freeze happened, a pipe burst from the ceiling. It is almost over a month and their is still a hole in their living room ceiling. The master bedroom has no carpet, exposing strip nails. Basically, unusable. Forcing her to sleep in the living room. YET RENT STAYS THE SAME. Do not stay here.

Montgomery trace apartment staff is a joke. Managers and maintenance. Nothing in these apartments gets done. The maintenance guys look like druggies, and are very disrespectful.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. you’ll move into a piece of junk apartment and get charged for old broken stuff when you leave. This place should be shut down.

I wouldn’t give this apartment complex any stars if it were possible. These people are crooks. We got a notice of eviction halfway through living here, which ended up being due to the fact the the office lost ours, along with multiple other tenants, rent checks that month. When we went to meet with the office staff we were accosted for not paying rent with no apology. We paid over 150 to have the carpet cleaned when we moved only to be billed by the complex over 300 more claiming that there were still smells, with no evidence whatsoever or pictures of stains. Was looking for a apartment for my parents because of them getting up in age. Stop by after making a appointment to view their apartments you can tell they do not have a good maintenance department or take very good care of fixing things that or broken in the apartment units. I found mold in the bathrooms and underneath the kitchen sink from leaks. They said that they were not aware of any problems and just had the apartment made ready and cleaned last week. Not somewhere I would want my parents to live. Not to say anything about the field Rats by the trash dumpster
