If there were ZERO stars that's what they'd get from me. Property managers scheduled a renovation at the apartment above mine at 8pm that last until midnight. Loud banging for HOURS. There are FRUIT FLIES that they "treat" for but won't go away. They have no solutions and just let their residents live with bugs flying around their apartments. Once you sign with them you are no longer important to them. So DONT fall for it! Live ANYWHERE else, literally a cardboard box. This place SUCKS!! Unprofessional staff in the office that say they'll call you back but NEVER do

I have zero complains about this complex. My boyfriend & I moved in pretty recent after the complex got new management. The entire staff is very helpful & professional. My boyfriend & I are first time renters, and we are so pleased here, and cameron & Jessica made renting seem not so scary. Despite the small amount of bad reviews, it was apparent this complex has a great community, and I've never had any issue. The location is great as well! Within 3-5 minutes of the woodlands mall, market street, & all shopping areas in the woodlands, within 10-15 minutes of magnolia,

I have never written a review about anything, and am not one to complain on the internet, but I strongly feel the need to warn anyone about this apartment complex. I lived at Rosemary Apartments for a year right after new management took over and I do not advise anyone to live here. Upon move in, we were promised a W/D in the unit which was one of the main reasons we decided on this complex but had to ask the office multiple times for weeks when it would arrive and took almost a month for them to actually put the W/D in the unit. They do have a gym facility but was closed

I scheduled a tour online to view the property, and I did leave my office early to ensure I would make it to my appointment on time. (I work in the Galleria area)
When I called Rosemary Apartments, the sales representative was concussed about my appointment, which leads me to believe my office was bypassed. (Keep in mind I did receive a confirmation) She then stated that she was not able to see me as it was slightly dark outside. I understand the regulations of touring a property at 5:20 pm; however a courtesy call would have been appreciated as well as do not offer 5:30 pm appointments if it

DONT MOVE HERE!! Your vehicle will be stolen or your apartment will be broken into. They don't even tell you or warn you that crime is very high there at night. We've had our vehicle stolen & they took days to even tell us "oh our cameras have never worked". Like why even have them? Also the gates are just for show, they never close the gates. It looks like it would be a safe place to live but it's not. Once it becomes night time crime is VERY high. We've talked to other people who live here & a lot of them had things stolen off their porch, from their cars

If you want to deal with a headache for 3 months (And not even live here) then apply for an apartment here. I applied under false advertising for apartment amenities. I was double charged the outrageous $250 application fee. The leasing office and manager never answer or are available to meet. They stated I OWED the $50.00 application fee regardless of me being informed of the wrong unit amenities. Now, they are sending me to collections for $150.00 for insufficient funds on the duplicate application fee they charged me. This has been an absolute nightmare and I advise you stay away.

I had a really bad experience with the previous management, I was harassed, stalked by an employee and profiled. They picked and chose who they wanted to be nice to. I was in the middle of putting my 2 months notice in when I found out the management was changing and now all those racist b-words are gone and they kept the maintenance people which is the AMAZING. The new office people seem busy since the switch did happen quickly. And I'm sure the previous workers didn't keep things in order. I'm giving them another chance. Will update later, about new management if anything changes
